Used to be the best McDs in Elk Grove, but I guess the franchise owner and management don't care anymore.
So my order was about 1/3 correct. Did they fix it? I guess. Was it worth it? Absolutely not.
For fast food it is extremely expensive, still the same cheap meh food, and only marginally better than a Totinos frozen pizza.
Let me make this clear, McDonald's is there to be cheap, fast, and the same level of meh everywhere. They are missing on all 3 points.

Cheese Berger was very small a size for children. Very dry and thin meat. The place was a play ground for a bunch of teenagers.looks like no one bother to stop them. We prefer to eat in our car. We have never experience this before.

The slowest service I have ever seen. So much so that I had to go up to the counter and ask for my food to put in a to go bag rather then ear in because I used up my lunch time just sitting there.
Cashier was friendly and helpful. Food was hot and arrived very quickly. Kids enjoy the play place. A employee or maybe a Manger was very professional. Shout out to jessica

I go to this location because it's convenient and not so busy in the daytime. Plus, they have a playplace for my kiddos. Food is always the same and the service is friendly. Wish they had the same menus as the other ones.

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Ice coffee taste like water. I told the lady she said she’ll remake it she handed me a new drink with extra EXTRA EXTRA ice I couldn’t even get my straw in the cup. & it’s still tasted like water just with extra ice & extra Carmel syrup. All the ladies working in the morning here they need to go, half of them were standing around.
