I go to this location because it's convenient and not so busy in the daytime. Plus, they have a playplace for my kiddos. Food is always the same and the service is friendly. Wish they had the same menus as the other ones.

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Ice coffee taste like water. I told the lady she said she’ll remake it she handed me a new drink with extra EXTRA EXTRA ice I couldn’t even get my straw in the cup. & it’s still tasted like water just with extra ice & extra Carmel syrup. All the ladies working in the morning here they need to go, half of them were standing around.

We need to get a breakfast and the manager Was rushing and did not care about food came half wrapped i ordered a 2 for 6 sausage breakfast burgers I kept asking her to put no sausage on it she kept putting sauce on it I took my order back twice to never have it done correctly Ask for my money back and she only gets me a $5 bill with 30 cent in change cuases another So if you're trying to get your food in the morning I would not go by this McDonald's you'll either pay for something that you did not want or you'll be late for work And just a reminder this is the manager of this site that I'm talking about

I came here on my lunch break a few days ago, immediately when i walked in, so many poor employees were getting harassed and yelled at over things they couldn’t control. 1. THE AC?! Someone really complained about the freaking ac being too cold. Like they can control that?! 2. Their fries weren’t up to their “standards”, which mine were completely fresh, hot and salty. The amount of disrespect people have is outrageous. These people work so hard within the drive thru, online orders and cashier service, they work so hard to give us food and it’s so sad to see them disrespected. I felt sick after i witnessed the girls being talked down on. ITS MCDONALDS!!! What do you expect?! If you want a 5 star meal GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We need to do better as humans.

The employees at this McDonald's are friendly, helpful and overall great! A few weeks ago, I came in on a Thursday and ordered 80 Chicken McNuggets to be picked up the next day for my nephew's Thanksgiving party at his elementary school. The large order was ready at the time I requested. All 80 nuggets were packaged nicely in a bag with sauces. By the time I got to the school and unboxed them onto a platter, the nuggets were still hot and looked delicious. The students were so happy when they saw them and cleared the platter quickly. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's for large orders.

I am happy this location has a Play Place but my good feelings end there. I will not be returning to this location anymore as not a single order has been correct for a while. Apple pies are missing every time, I am usually shorted an order of fries and the dipping sauce, and even the Happy meals are usually missing something. McDonald's makes it insanely difficult to resolve this issue. The staff is rarely at the counter, phone calls go unanswered and reaching out to corporate is the same. Staff seems so overworked that they are visibly annoyed and rude when I do manage to get someone at the counter. So one less person is going here I guess.

I can't count the number of disappointing experiences with this particular McDonald's I've had in the five plus years I've lived in Elk Grove. So much so that I know avoid this particular McDonald's and go to one's further away, which is absolutely absurd considering this is the closest one to my house. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now considering the amount of horrendous mistakes with orders and terrible customer service, both inside and in the drive-thru, but tonight takes the cake. After what was an exhausting experience ordering our food in the drive-thru, I was asked to wait in a parking stall for ONE hamburger, after which they forgot the fries. I went through the drive-thru again and proceeded to argue with the staff after showing them the receipt, one staff member in particular starts to argue with another staff member and speaking in another language saying he put the fries in the bag. The staff member turns to me and says, "Well, he put them in the bag and defend her employee." Enough is enough! This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. I'm tired of giving this location chance after chance, only to be met with rude staff, messed up orders, and a complete disregard for basic customer service. It’s beyond ridiculous that I have to drive to a further McDonald's just to avoid this dumpster fire of an establishment. If you can't even get a simple order right, you have no business being in the service industry. Consider this the last time I waste my time or money at this joke of a McDonald's!
