Very fast, professional, friendly and honest crew! I recently overpaid by about 40$ by not paying attention to bills handed to Drive-thru cashier and even said no to receipt!🤦🏻♂️I noticed when I got home the mistake I made.Went back through Drive-thru explained my mistake and was quickly reimbursed and in a very understanding manner! Highly recommend this McDonald's👌

Better atmosphere in a middle school or prison cafeteria. Apparently we’re not to be trusted with napkins , condiments, or soda refills? The matrons in charge hid behind the counter so not the most welcoming environment.

Used to be the best McDs in Elk Grove, but I guess the franchise owner and management don't care anymore.
So my order was about 1/3 correct. Did they fix it? I guess. Was it worth it? Absolutely not.
For fast food it is extremely expensive, still the same cheap meh food, and only marginally better than a Totinos frozen pizza.
Let me make this clear, McDonald's is there to be cheap, fast, and the same level of meh everywhere. They are missing on all 3 points.
