My visit was not a good experience. The manager was very rude when I politely asked for my food to be made fresh. She responded dismissively and said my food was already made, without listening to my request. Additionally, the manager was wearing AirPods and listening to music while working. When I mentioned that the lobby was dirty and asked if it could be cleaned, she told me it was not her job. This behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I expect better customer service and cleanliness from a McDonald’s location.

Dirty. When I came to take my food there was a ton of stuff mising from my order although I did paid for those. Cashier was poorly speaking English. Packaging was also poorly done. I wouldnt recomend going to this location since the one on laguna is much better and cleaner.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but they will mess up your order by giving you the wrong stuff that you didn’t even order. And then they intentionally give you no receipt. When you try to call with a complaint no one will pick up.

Found it disappointing that they have no customer service. I was the only car in the drive thru and asked if they had a certain happy meal toy and was told they didn’t have to check and that they couldn’t, it was just random. Plenty of other McDonald’s in town will do this. You make 20 an hour to do nothing, and half of the time the orders are wrong. So disappointing. Do/be better.
