The last 2 orders I got from this location came with hair in my food.You would think it rarely happens yet here I am smh. I walked in to see why and nobody is wearing a hairnet, employees joking around where the food is being prepped, touching their hair/visor/hat. Disgusting business

Cheap owner took out the soda machine because he lost a few hundred bucks to people getting refills and charges even for one sauce packet.
The store makes a large profit and is in a nice neighborhood yet the cheap owner needs to charge his customers for basics. You think a multi billion dollar company can afford to give its customer sources after they make a purchase but I guess not.

If I could leave one star I would. Arrived to the window at 10:55pm tonight with a mobile order pick up in place and was told they are closed when online and in store states closed at 11pm. I literally seen a worker at the drive thru window just standing there doing nothing. Ridiculous and can't even get a refund in the app I have to call now to get a refund. Terrible service terrible everything. Not returning to this location.

It’s under new management and the owner came out to say hi. Really clean space, no wait to use the self checkout and got our food really fast.

Extremely dissatisfied, food was cold, manager refused to have it redone for me. Normally temperature isn't a problem but i had specified I needed this fresh for a long road trip. They completely blew me off and when i requested for a manager the man who came refused to help. He also refused to give his name but I managed to read his name tag as Adrian.

Adrian is one of the most rude individuals i've ever spoken to. This man needs to be fired. I cannot believe a chain of this stature allows this behavior. All I wanted was to return a sandwich due to a hair found in it, and he insists I eat it and refuses to elaborate, compensate, anything. Despicable.

I ordered at 10:11. I went up to the counter at 10:35 because I still hadn’t received my food. I stood there for a good 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all. They looked at me but didn’t saying ANYTHING. I was standing there holding my receipt. I’m a rather patient person but I was getting pissed off. There were at-least 10 people in the back working. I had to catch one of the employees as she was taking someone else their order. I finally got my food after 30 minutes but they forget my smoothie. Had to wait another 3 minutes. I was just passing through and thought I could get food quickly since it’s FAST FOOD but I was wrong. I get how things can get busy (I’ve worked at McDonald’s before) but there’s no reason why 3 breakfast meals should take 30+ minutes. I hated my experience at this McDonald’s. I won’t be coming back.
