Mountain Mike's Pizza

I have no complaints about the pizza…they consistently meet expectations for Mountain Mike’s pizza considering the cost. Tonight we tried the “Loaded Mountain Fries” at $15 and I was highly disappointed! They were awful! Potatoes, soggy and overcooked, fell apart, nothing resembling melty by any stretch of the imagination and the toppings looked like they’d been scooped outta the salad bar. I will continue to pizza here but I will not consider anything outside of my pizza craving!

Customer service is horrible. I tried to use a $50 gift card. They made multiple excuses as to why it was not working. They finally said our system is down. So I had to pay for it instead of using a gift card which is the same as cash. They are very dishonest very shady never purchased from The store ever again I would rather travel to another location. Do yourself a favor and do the same thing also

Very cheap people when asked for extra ranch charging $1 extra for ranch. Calvine mountain mikes way better always gives extra ranch at no cost.

This place is walking distance from my house. I got vegetarian pizza. It was very good! Cashier kid was very polite. Overall, excellent experience. Seems like new management, wish them well.

This place used to be the place I would come to when I had functions and events but I think that since it might be under new management things may have changed. I reserved a room from 630 to 830 pm and I got there a little early to set up and I ordered a pizza. At 7:57 we were told that we would have to start packing up and to leave because "there was another party that was coming in at 8:30 pm" we were told. So I ended up packing up a half hour early to leave by 830 for "another party" So, we ended up getting shorted some time. Then I decided to circle back around to see if there was a party actually coming I at 8:30 . There was none. Needless to say, I'll be looking for other venues for my events moving forward.

Ever since this location has received new management the customer service has been TERRIBLE. I never get greeted when I come inside. And when ordering they say the bare minimum. They’ve started to get skimpy when it comes to toppings and feels like quality. They tried to charge me $3 for a small ranch container after I had bought two of the biggest size pizzas they have for a party. They always make my experience bad to where I no longer go to this location and drive an extra 10 mins just to grab food because of the terrible service. If I could give them no stars I would.

There was a baseball team party going on in the back room but we hardly noticed since it was a seperate room.

Used to go here almost every Monday not no more raised prices little cheese and want to charge 1$ for ranch definitely do not recommend this mountain mikes also service very short not good

What a joke. Over 1 hour has past no food. ETA was 45 minutes. Try to call them, because stuff happens, and for 15 minutes straight their employees are picking up then hanging up the phone. As I’m writing this, food shows up, all of COLD.
