On the positive side; the pizza wasn't that bad (though I think, philosophy, it's nearly impossible mess up a pizza). Unfortunately the garlic knots were undercooked and the dough inside was raw. The server at the counter was as incompetent as it gets; despite our party of 5 literally being the only people in the establishment -- we had to repeat our order multiple times and after we paid and sat down the server came over and claimed he forget to charge us for an item and then asked us to come backup to the counter so he can run our card again to charge us for an item he missed. The ambiance had a "sports bar vibe," but it was old and worn out -- not dirty but didn't feel very clear either. Perhaps the pizza might be worth ordering carry-out or delivery, but I doubt I'd risk ordering it and I certainly won't ever be back.

Pizzas are good, but there is a disconnect with corporate and franchises. When you order a drink on the app and show up at the store the bottled drink selections are unavailable and you are given a fountain cup in its place which in my opinion is unfair. You should get what you pay for. Otherwise don't advertise the beverages and definitely don't run a promotion deal around it SMH.

I call in a Thursday to order a specialty pizza for pick up. I was advised that the cost is $32.99. I was surprised by the prices and asked how much a medium pizza was, which was $26.99. Was advise pizza would be ready in 15 min, which is 6:50. I arrive at 6:50 and pay for my pizza, I add a 3.00 tip and was advised the pizza would be ready in 10 to 15 min? After paying, I look over and see a board hanging that strayed the Thursday special is a large speciality pizza for 20.99!? I asked the cashier about that and why I wasn't offers that when I called in. I was advised that when I called in, I should have asked what the special was. I stated at him, and he said "well yeah, they should have told you that, but there nothing I can do for you" and walks into the back. I finally got my pizza at 7:20. This Mountain Mikes is close to my home. But I've had so many issue here, cold pizza, very lite toppings, burnt crust and now this. I'm done with this place.

A young guy at the register confirmed with me about my religion to ensure that I know what I am eating despite of myself ordering the pizza. He informed me that Chicken Club has a bacon in it. Loved his honesty and ethics. Thanks a lot for double checking. Pizza was delicious too.

They have a great buffet. All you can eat pizza, salad bar, and a pizza dessert. Not crowded you can get in n out on your lunch hour. You can get all you can eat for 12.99 anywhere in Elk Grove. Pizzas hot n fresh out of the oven. Try it it's worth the visit. I'll be going again. Great staff and very accommodating.

It has been many, many years since I've been to a Mountain Mike's location. I ended up getting personal/mini sized (6") pizza here, one of the locations closest to me off of Laguna & Bruceville, due to a promo. If I were to take an guess, a personal sized pizza is probably about 2.5 full slices of pizza. I was SO surprised by how good the pizza actually tasted. I had one with pepperoni and one with ham and pineapple. Both were delicious! Perfectly cooked.

I ordered the mini pizza with extra peperoni and extra cheese. The peperoni is very thin and small so it crisps up nicely and reminded me of bacon. It didn't seem like there was extra peperoni, but there was definitely a lot of cheese. The mini pizza is very small at 6" and satisfied me as an afternoon snack. I ordered on the app and it was ready when I arrived. The service was very friendly and polite.

We've been to this location a few times for their buffet lunch special, as well as for my daughter's birthday party lunch. Parking is generally fairly easy to find in their large parking lot. This shopping center's parking lot is a nightmare. Attempts to reach the restaurant to solidify booking their party room for after my daughter's birthday party was a nightmare. I had to call numerous times. Originally, we were going to go to Chipotle per her wishes, but they weren't nuts about us having so many people in their restaurant. I was finally able to reach someone and book their party room. Thankfully, we were on the same page, and I went in a day before to order ahead. This was simple, and everything was made as requested and basically ready when asked. They have been short staffed every visit, and it seems like most of the employees don't really care. We cleaned up the party room with the exception of vacuuming the carpet and wiping down the tables. I got all of the trash together and tried to make their job easy peasy. I tipped them extremely well and felt like an inconvenience asking for a garbage bag and just didn't feel very valued or appreciated in general. The pizzas were decent. We've had better elsewhere. Attempts to use their rewards program have been unsuccessful. It seems like the employees aren't trained on how to use it. We'll likely be back since our daughter likes their lunch special, but it's definitely not my favorite place to go.
