By far the best Indian food in the area! We came in and had butter chicken, Tikka masala and naan. First off the place is clean and the staff was nice. Everything was amazing 😍 we can't wait to try more.

Tried Mr. Dosa recently and was impressed with the flavors. The masala dosa was delicious—crispy and well-made—pretty big in size and the sambhar and chutneys were spot on. I also ordered the boneless chicken biryani, which had great flavor, but the chicken pieces were quite small, more like Manchurian bites—I was expecting larger chunks, possibly chicken breast. Service was friendly and attentive, though there was a bit of a wait for the food. Overall, a solid spot for authentic South Indian cuisine in Elk Grove. Definitely worth a visit!

Here’s the review from a regular customer (ME). I’ve been rooting for this spot since day 1. Unfortunately, they have disappointed me for the last few weeks. Two weeks in row, the biryani does not meet the standard expectation. How can someone make basmati rice sticky? Did they use jasmine rice for biryani. It wasn’t separated. It was all clumped up. And the taste was horrible. And recently they gave me lamb biryani instead of chicken. They mixed up someone else’s order.
It’s such a waste of my money. They will soon lose a valuable customer with the hiccups.
