I was hesitant to come here as the cuisine was listed as Cantonese, too many places listed as Cantonese serve the horrible steam table various fried rice and noodle dishes along with the dried out pork and chicken dishes. Njoy was a breath of fresh air (this is Cantonese?). Fresh hot Chow fun I haven't had since I left San Francisco. Tender roast duck and BBQ ribs, Hot and tasty wings, and homemade tasting spring rolls ( certainly didn't taste like the frozen rolls all the other places use), fresh, snappy green vegetables and an incredible choice of teas. This is a different place and I'm coming back.

me and my friends walked in because we were on a walk in like over 100 degree weather and we needed ac and as soon as we walked in, i assume because we’re teenagers, they yelled at us and asked us if we were gonna buy anything and when we said we wanted to stand inside, (literally not even sit down we just needed to be indoors) because it was literally roasting outside they told us to get out and they were incredibly rude. we ended up going to starbucks and sitting down

My brother and I tried this restaurant for the very first time today! Honestly, it was really good! The Basil Popcorn Chicken was flavorful, tender, and crispy! As for the Orange Chicken, it's tasty and saucy at the same time. Finally, their House Special Fried Rice was delicious. However, we couldn't get it without shrimp due to my Seafood allergy. Overall though, this place is great!

Had the salt and pepper ribeye. Flavor was good, but it was not ribeye it was cow neck. Mostly bones, and almost no meat. I also had wonton soup, and it was very bland. Super nice guy who works at counter though.
I don't know how this place has low ratings. It's the best Chinese food in Elk Grove hands down! Extremely authentic, no whitewash Chinese food here! I grew up on authentic Chinese food and dim sum from Oakland back in the day and this hits home! We ordered thin noodle, asparagus and chicken, honey barbecue pork. Everything came out hot and extremely good! The only reason I gave it four out of five stars because the ceiling fans were blasting fast making our food cold, but everything else was great!

We wanted Chinese. Google search, N'joy pops up. Initially thought this was just a take-out spot but no. They have plenty of seating to dine-in. They also have seating for those waiting for pickup and take-out. Overall, the food was average.
The menu is simple and posted in multiple places. I wish the items had a little ingredient list with the dish.
At the time of this visit, customer service was good and the place is clean...the restrooms are clean and for both genders.
Parking is limited but people are constantly in and out of the various businesses in the area.

I wore my Argentinian grandfather's old military uniform and the cashier boy started duck walking and speaking a funny language.

It was ok, but way overpriced for a small to go of pan fried chow mein. When I say small, I mean small. Almost $20.00 (inc tip) for JUST a pan fried, vegetable only, chow mein was a bit much. Also, waited almost 30 minutes for it. Too bad, I really wanted to love this place.

Food was okay for the most part. Nothing that stood out for me. The drink was good too. Loved the atmosphere there though and the service was okay. To try again? I don't know. Maybe.

I just moved here from Boston and what I miss the most was Chinatown and the food. I got to reminisce all of that here at NJoy! The food reminds me of home and the service was excellent :)
