Nothing Bundt Cakes

The cakes are always on point. Same taste, freshness and softness. However at this new location the staff is less than friendly. Wasn't greeted when I entered the store, and the lady behind the counter seemed less than interested in gathering my bundt choices together and ringing me up. I almost left the store without purchasing. Attitude is everything when you're behind the counter. If you don't want to work, you probably should quit.

To celebrate my son’s birthday, he typically asks for a vanilla cake from the local Nugget. However, as he settles into being a tween, he switched things up this year and requested a snickerdoodle bundt cake. Ironically, a Nothing Bundt Cakes recently opened down the street from our home, making it easy for me to walk in (I literally walked to this location) and place the order. Since it’s the holiday season, I placed the order for my son’s cake five days prior to his actual birthday.

Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an employee who immediately asked inquiring questions pertaining to the order. She confirmed the size of the cake (8” that serves 8 people), flavor (Snickerdoodle), and Frosting Option (Signature Frosting Petals). Since we were celebrating a birthday, I opted for the “Snickerdoodle Happy Bundt Day” package that comes with some optional birthday decorations (i.e., quote card, sentiment flag, bow, message card). She then confirmed the pickup date and time of December 28 at 10 am.

I arrived on December 28 at noon to retrieve the cake. Although the establishment was busy, an employee assisting a customer greeted and stated that someone would assist me as they became available. Roughly five minutes later I was walking out of the establishment with my son’s cake. The cake was not only well-packaged and true to our expectations, it was fresh & delicious…I think I will be ordering a confetti bundt cake for my next birthday (Lord willing)!

This new location is amazing. Plenty of parking and a spacious store. Very clean and beautiful displays. I've ordered multiple times from Nothing Bundt Cakes and the order is always correct, beautifully packaged and on time. The times I needed to order last minute in store, the staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt with my order. It's not the cheapest as far as price goes, but you get what you pay for and I've never been disappointed.

I’ve never had a bad cake from your company. From wedding celebrations, to birthday parties, and even baby showers. Today was the exception. Your lemon cupcakes were extremely salty. Sounds strange to say that but it’s true. Several people in our party agreed. The strawberry cupcakes were not on point either from the feedback I received. Someone didn’t follow the recipe apparently and you should know. Regards.

I have been getting cakes from here for years. I made an online order and picked it up today for my mom’s 80th birthday. It was a buntlet wrapped with a bow. It is almost $9 dollars now! Not only has that gone up but the cake itself was completely disappointing. It was much smaller than they used to be. Not sure what has changed at this location but I will not be returning. I would rather make my own cakes from now on than get ripped off with a glorified “cupcake”. Quality has definitely gone downhill. So sad since this place has always been a tradition for birthdays. I understand that everything is going up in this world and that’s ok if the quality is still there but it wasn’t in this case.

The cake itself is good and moist but it is a bit pricey for the amount of cake you get. I recommend the strawberry cream and the wine chocolate raspberry cake.

Worst experience. Horrible customer service. Happen to drive by and remembered I just got the email for my sons free mini bday bundt cake. Been getting the emails for years. Was going to pick one up for him and one for me. Showed them the email but was asked for my sons ID, granted he is 20 years old I don't carry his ID on me. So I was not able to get the item. Don't understand the reasoning of I have the email and why would I lie for a$6 cake plus I was buying an extra one. Yeah I'm over this place. ?

I love this place. Everything is delicious and worth every penny spent. You will be going back after you had one.
