Nothing Bundt Cakes

I’m super upset writing this, today I went and got a carrot cake and unfortunately it had a hair in it. This was my favourite cake place :(

Asked about military discount and they do 10% with a valid military or dependent ID which is awesome. I've tried their bundtinis many times from other people's parties, but I ordered 2 bundtinis myself for my daughter's birthday this past weekend. They were very communicative and friendly both through email and in person. The bundtinis are the perfect cupcake-sized desserts for any party and the kids/adults all loved them. They are so moist and delicious with the perfect amount of frosting. My personal favorites are the Oreo and strawberry flavors.

No welcome by staff members. Staff members talking about customers unprofessional. Nothin but Bundt cakes needs to train there staff on professionalism.

The nothing bundt ccakeshas some amazing flavors and are all so yummy! The only thing I really despise is that I got a single bundt and I did not notice until I got home at how ridiculously smaller they make them now! And for what? The price of flour is still cheap, so why are the bundlets hald the size as they were before only for it to be priced the same! That's so embarrassing

Love everything about this little place: the sweets, the service, and the atmosphere! Hate that it moved from Laguna Blvd, though, as now I have to drive vs. walk (clearly, I still go, though)! Lol.

Terrible service never a manager on site to rectify the problems. They will give you frozen cakes that will defrost and just be wet moist mush that you can’t and won’t eat. Don’t waste your time or money at this location in Elk Grove

The cakes are always on point. Same taste, freshness and softness. However at this new location the staff is less than friendly. Wasn't greeted when I entered the store, and the lady behind the counter seemed less than interested in gathering my bundt choices together and ringing me up. I almost left the store without purchasing. Attitude is everything when you're behind the counter. If you don't want to work, you probably should quit.

To celebrate my son’s birthday, he typically asks for a vanilla cake from the local Nugget. However, as he settles into being a tween, he switched things up this year and requested a snickerdoodle bundt cake. Ironically, a Nothing Bundt Cakes recently opened down the street from our home, making it easy for me to walk in (I literally walked to this location) and place the order. Since it’s the holiday season, I placed the order for my son’s cake five days prior to his actual birthday.

Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an employee who immediately asked inquiring questions pertaining to the order. She confirmed the size of the cake (8” that serves 8 people), flavor (Snickerdoodle), and Frosting Option (Signature Frosting Petals). Since we were celebrating a birthday, I opted for the “Snickerdoodle Happy Bundt Day” package that comes with some optional birthday decorations (i.e., quote card, sentiment flag, bow, message card). She then confirmed the pickup date and time of December 28 at 10 am.

I arrived on December 28 at noon to retrieve the cake. Although the establishment was busy, an employee assisting a customer greeted and stated that someone would assist me as they became available. Roughly five minutes later I was walking out of the establishment with my son’s cake. The cake was not only well-packaged and true to our expectations, it was fresh & delicious…I think I will be ordering a confetti bundt cake for my next birthday (Lord willing)!

This new location is amazing. Plenty of parking and a spacious store. Very clean and beautiful displays. I've ordered multiple times from Nothing Bundt Cakes and the order is always correct, beautifully packaged and on time. The times I needed to order last minute in store, the staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt with my order. It's not the cheapest as far as price goes, but you get what you pay for and I've never been disappointed.
