First time and last time! Came in a Friday evening waited 30 minutes for a beer had to go to bar to get refills. Pizza Marguerite was the driest pizza I have ever eaten for gods put some olive oil on please definitely will not be back

What an awesome sandwich. I think it was some type of cheese stake made with tri tip. The tomato soup was a perfect dip for the sandwich. Also had a great local red ale that I had too many of to the point that I can't remember the name of. It looked like they were short staffed cause our waiter was not as attentive as I would like. It wasn't his fault as he was making his round at all his other tables.

Love this place, great food always contestant. We had fried ravioli [so good], baked pasta, and tortellini.Parking: Tons of spots, we deive to this locations verse downtown even though it's 20 mins futher than downtown location.

My first time at this place. There was good and bad. Although they said the wait was 45-50 minutes we were seated in 15 minutes. Definitely was not happy with the waiter. The place was loud and he stood on one side of the table to take orders which we had to repeat several times. I ordered prawn scampi and polenta fries wanted to try them. I got fried ravioli which he dropped on the table and left before I could say anything. Everyone at the table said you didn’t order that. When he came back I told him I didn’t order that. He said you said fried, to which the table responded polenta fries. He picked them up and left. Never got the polenta fries. I didn’t like the prawn scampi. I don’t place that on Paesanos there are times I just don’t like what I ordered. The waiter did come back and ask if we needed drinks or dessert as he was leaving, collected the tip and never saw anyone again. We did stay till almost closing and it was a good experience with friends. Hopefully I’ll be back and can try something else, maybe even the polenta fries.

Met a friend here for lunch that I hadn't gotten to visit with in forever. We arrived at 11:30am, and were promptly seated. Geneva was our waitress and she was great! My friend and I ordered some appetizers and snacked on those while we visited (polenta and bocce balls were great!!). We took our time and we didn't feel rushed at all! Our waitress continued to check in and we eventually ordered lunch. Vodka sauce pasta and carbonara were excellent! We had a great visit and we're there for almost 2 hours. Thank you Paesanos for for a wonderful lunch and a chance to visit!

We went to Paesanos for the first time and were very pleased. Our waitress Shannon was wonderful!The food was delicious!I had the apple gorgonzola pizza (asked for goat cheese instead of blue cheese). It was AMAZING! One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. The crust was just perfect!My husband was very happy with his meatball calzone and so were the kids with their cheese pizza, and pasta. The kids even had a dough ball to play with while waiting for our food.We will be back for sure!
This is a pretty nice restaurant. I ordered the pork fusilli and the calamari. It did not disappoint! It was delicious! The only thing that wasn’t delicious was the garlic bread. The bread was stale and it had no flavor. Which for the price you’re paying, everything should be spot on. Will come again to try something else on the menu.

The freshness and quality of the dishes were exceptional, with my daughters enjoying their delicious spaghetti and fettuccini Alfredo. The calamari and bocce ball starters were highlights for me - one of the bests I've ever had.Our server was attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The relaxed and beautiful atmosphere added to the enjoyment of our lunch. Paesano's Elk Grove is a reliable choice for a delightful experience.

This is a pretty nice restaurant. I ordered the pork fusilli and the calamari. It did not disappoint! It was delicious! The only thing that wasn’t delicious was the garlic bread.
