The quantity of their food is now ridiculous. You get smaller portions. They sure fill you up on rice or noodles. When you order mushroom chicken you barely get any chicken. If you order any item with the veggies and meat you get 80% veggies. I have been there 4 times in 4 months, im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well let's just say I'm done with Panda Express and their tiny portions. If I wanted 80%veggies I would just order veggies!

I went to Panda and ordered BEEF and Broccoli, Teriyaki chicken, super greens and Kung Pow chicken with ragoons and apple pie roll. I used the drive-thru which was a huge mistake. When I arrived home and looked at my order, I found Broccoli NO BEEF, Chicken NO TERIYAKI SAUCE and the super greens were not very tasty. I typically go inside to watch my food being made, but I chose to use the drive-thru. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! If you can't give customers what they ordered, please close your doors. This is not how you treat customers.

Was completely judged after asking to try a sample before purchasing, was told by a male employee that samples aren’t given to the homeless which I am not! Then he just walked away completely dismissing me, without asking if I wanted to place an order, fortunately there was a much more professional female employee that assisted me

Placed an online order for pickup and was given pickup time of 20 minutes from order time. The food wasn't ready for an hour after placing the order, which is incredible considering all they have to do is open a container and put the food in it. Unbelievable waste of time and money.

Highly disappointed I ordered 2entree plate I got only one of my entrees whitch was teriyaki chicken and I got no sauce for it
I am autistic and this is the first time I've left a Panda Express not overstimulated or wanting to cry. They have smiles on their face, and they are very smooth with getting people along and being fast. The restaurant is very clean, too.

I came in half an hour early to pick up my online order, and they had me out of there in less than 5 minutes. The manager was kind and unerstanding. The store was clean smelled great.
