We got the five person family meal and it was fantastic. It came with a beautiful box. Not all Panda Express has tasty food, but this one does. The food was delicious. And it was enough for five people.

12/24/24-do not order the half chow mein/half fried rice for catering. It was more like 3/4 rice and 1/4 noodles. It was unpresentable to take to my Christmas Eve party. They don’t understand proportion and what catering presentation is all about. Sorry I don’t have a photo; had to hurry and find a replacement for their mess. If I had time. I would have made them fix their mess.

This is by far the nicest Panda Express in the greater Sacramento area! The stuff are super friendly the location is extremely clean and well kept, and the food is always fresh and tastes great!

One the nicest restaurants from Pandas … neat and clean… love it!!
This review is for the managers. I think her name is Marria (manager) was helping me a few weeks ago and halfway to completing my order she left and started doing something else and got on her cellphone. After a few minutes, I had to tell a red shirt employee that my order was just sitting there and I’m waiting for the manager to finish what she started. Red shirt employee apologized and completed my order. Fast forward today, I was in front of the register and Marria (Filipina manager with black shirt) holding her phone with a picture of a guy, showed another employee a picture of a guy and told them to let her know if he comes over because she’s going to “term” him. I’m guessing that meant firing him. This manager needs some leadership, communication and some HR training.
I’ve been coming to this Panda Express since 2017-2018 and this year, the two women managers are rude and they do not have the right management training. What they say in front of customers are things meant for behind closed doors

Although the food arrived hot and looked okay. Looks are deceiving as it was not all fresh. The chow mein had a strange taste so I did not continue to eat it. I couldn’t get through most of the food. It went down the drain. The fortune cookie was the only thing worth eating.

Foods good but mind your prices. They are fast and most of them are sweet especially the night crew but like i said watch the register. Mistakes happen right.

The manager was incredibly rude to me. My service animal came in with me wearing her special identification. They refused service to me initially. And told me I had to provide paper work proving she is my service animal. I do not carry that info with me. I can not believe how rude this manager was. I come her 3 times a week. Not anymore I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the other panda. I will also be contacting corporate and filing a complaint about them not allowing service animals in the building.
