Worst Panera location I’ve been to. No drive thru so I had to go in. Tried the vanilla latte and it was so light, just cream and sugar, no coffee. Tried to get it fixed and that didn’t go well. Communication was weird in this building. Left with no drink and just had my sandwich. The sandwich was made nicely, wrapped well, made with care- but the meat didn't look like it was kept well. Bathrooms were very filthy. 10-5-2025

Food was delicious I had the southwestern salad and half turkey Bravo sandwich. Vegas were very fresh and delicious meat yummy. Definitely enjoyed lunch.

Quite slow service even with so many staff around. Also a very dirty establishment - from tables, drink stations to floors. They are the opposite of Panera's other locations. I wouldn't recommend. Not worth the price or wait.

Listen, I am aware that good help is hard to find these days. I am not OK. With spending over nine dollars on a sandwich that literally had no flavor and was obviously thrown together in a rush. I am not OK with spending over eight dollars on a smoothie That is smaller than my sunglasses and wasn’t mixed properly. The quality is not worth the cost here at any Panera location and it is my hopes that this feedback reaches the company to do better.
Elk Grove on Bond Road. Love the new management. Attitudes have changed for the better. Really like the new decor.

I have always had such fresh food when dining in and the service is always wonderful whether you order at the front desk or using the app for a rapid pickup. The app also always has amazing rewards and offers where you find yourself being able to pay less than expected.
