I liked the food, which was 1/2 chicken walnut sandwich and 1/2 sesame chicken salad. It was very pricy. Almost $16. Jeeze. It seemed like a couple months ago, the pick 2 was $9.99. I probably won't go back at that price. That's insane.

I dont understand a business that will not let you phone in an order. They answered the phone but said I had to order online. Death of society.

I ordered a Southwest Ranch salad and it had a long strand of hair on top. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I didn’t even bother going back to the location for a replacement. When ordering through their app, they claim to do quality checks on the food orders. It seems they skipped this step in the process. I won’t be going back to the Elk Grove Panera location due to this mishap.

Ordered a sandwich to go. Got in my car and found an unwrapped sandwich in my bag. It completely fell apart due to a complete lack of packaging.

Walked in at approximately 8:15pm and Not one single person addressed us or said, “Hi! Can we help you? NOTHING. They were all standing around yapping and chatting. Except for, Ronick who was bussing tables and working and who was very helpful. We finally asked him a question and he was able to get the female who is supposed to be a cashier to help us. She’s had to tear herself away from the rest of the group who were all standing around yapping. She knew absolutely nothing basically in the way of what was in things or anything.
Someone else, who I believe was maybe an off duty person came in and joined the conversation of all the other workers while myself and my companion stood there waiting for help. I am in awe of this type of “service”. This location on Bond Road won’t last much longer if this is how the “employees” act. I appreciated Ronick very much.
Also, it would be good if you would stop taking all of the stuff that we normally order off the menu. At minimum 5 things are no longer available.

Tried to place an order for pick up by phone. PHONE NEVER ANSWERED!

Service was non-existent meaning the line was out the door and there was only one cashier with two managers standing around behind the cashier. Not sure why nobody was using the little kiosks so I did. Super weird how you are expected to go down a little hallway and everybody stare at a TV screen waiting for your name to be called. The sandwiches were both good and the restaurant was clean.

They never have online orders ready. Cashiers and food prep never have a sense of urgency to get things moving. This is the only Panera in Sacramento I feel that lags on service. It’s like do I have to place my order an hour ahead. Tragic.

What happened to the first pizza?
I don't think they wash their hands and I'm pretty sure I saw some of them from l.a.

Prices are jacked up, and quality and portion size came down. Very disappointed.
