I put in an online order, and it took the store nearly 50 minutes to cancel it. I tried to call to put in an order, but I was on hold for too long. I tried to put in another order, in case I made a mistake in my order, and a few minutes after I put in another order, I received a call from the company to say that they couldn't get a hold of the store. So, something is going wrong here!

Papa Johns is my fav pizza besides Costco. Their dough and crust is out of this world and I definitely prefer it out of other fast food chain that specialize in pizza. They also have deals that save me money so I know that I won't spend a lot when I go here. Only complain is the place is a little old and could use a remodel

Don't order here. Used to be a good reliable location but not anymore. Today I made an order and received confirmation by email that it would arrive in 35 minutes. Despite asking to be notified by text, the only communication was email. 30 minutes later I discovered this when I received a curt email stating that my order was cancelled and "if I did not receive a call" this was my official notification. I used to order here regularly, but it's just not worth it anymore. Plenty of pizza businesses with better pizza for similar prices. And some semblance of customer service.

TERRIBLE, DO NOT COME HERE. One single person "working" here, open sign was off, door wide open. I waited 30 minutes on hold on the phone, and when I arrived he claimed it wasn't working. Did not wash his hands before handling the dough, did not wear any hair covering, his bracelets were all over the food. He looked as if he were in the back sleeping. Considering the rest of the reviews, this place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Placed in order at 330pm, 450 comes around so I call no one picks up for 30mins. We drive over at 520 when I enter I see them in the back lying down on their phones. I asked them where is my order it's been almost 2hrs. They said they are busy and the delivery just left. We argued with them for almost 10mins to get manager name.. we drove home and order still not there. It arrives five mintues later. Opened the box and the sause it comes.with is opened and spilled all over. Pizza was not in tack and looks like they threw the box around. Stay away from this location.

Very upset with this location! This is the 3rd time in a month I have had a problem! First time they never picked up to take my order on the phone around 5pm. Could not make an online order either. 2nd time, I placed an order online, said 14-24 minutes to pick up. Arrived in their parking lot 12 minutes after ordering, they called me to tell me they were cancelling my order because they were closing early (6:43pm).3rd time, tonight I placed an order to pick up. Drove there (sometime in the 10 minutes they emailed me to tell me they cancelled my order). I got it as soon as I parked because I didn’t see it (driving). I pulled up front, there were workers in there, they shut their lights off. Didn’t even call!! I will be contacting g headquarters about this unprofessional business! Sad thing is this is our favorite pizza store!

I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and paid for two additional cheese cups through the app. Specifically requested they do not leave it on the ground, instead ring the doorbell for regular delivery. They show up and leave my order on the ground, missing half my stuff and the pizza was made incorrectly and tasted underbaked. Was on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up. Ordered once more and same thing, no answer on the phone either. Drove by, no customers lined up or employees stuck on the other line of the phone. They just refuse to answer so you'll use the app. Don't order from here. This location is terrible. They have a different number than the BBB has for them, which is disconnected.

Absolute disappointment. I placed an order the night before for 11:30. At 11:30 l, we were at the store, the door was locked and the one employee inside ignored us. At 4:30, I received an email telling me my order was canceled??
Went to pick up our order today after getting a notification that our pizza was ready. The place is filled with a bunch of kids not masked and didn't notice me for atleast 5 minutes as they sat around in the back. Our food wasn't even ready either... the young man packed it after finally seeing me there. I didn't really care until I get home and realized we didn't even get the pizzas we ordered. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas, and paid for extra sauce. What we got were 2 pepperoni pizza's that were horrible qnd bo extra sauce. I don't know if there's been a change in management, but the quality of the food and service is not what we usually get when we order here. I don't think I'll be coming back here ever again.

This is the second time in less than a month that delivery has been 30-50 minutes late. When I tried to call, no one answers. There should be a phone call to let us know that delivery is late. Update--went in. I asked for a refund. The guy told me that the manager was out delivering my pizzas. Then he tells me that my order was voided. I asked for a printed receipt of the void. He couldn't do that. Then I asked why there wasn't a phone call. He said that their phones don't work. I asked him to call the manager and of course the manager would not answer his phone, how convenient. I would really give this place NO stars!!

This is beyond terrible. Have tried reaching by phone for close to 20 minutes. No one answers. Ordered online. No way to cancel order. And no one will answer. Pizza is not here when they said and no way to make contact. This is embarrassing for a National chain. DO NOT order from here. They have our money but have not delivered our pizza.

We ordered at 7:40 PM and we waited for over 2 hours and the pizza still hadn't arrived. We then decided to drive over and all the lights were turned off but the front and back door were open (and this was within business hours). We walk inside, shouted out, and no one answered. We drove to the back where the back door was open and there was just a car parked next to it running but no one inside. We decided to call 911 based on the shadiness of it all. Some employees from Taco Bell stood in front of the door later to report it to 911 as well. They said a lady from Door Dash had walked in to let them know the situation - she was waiting to pick up the pizza an hour ago and when she went inside, a young man ignored her and walked to the back and started sleeping. The Taco Bell employees yelled inside to call out once again and then finally two people stood up and a young man came to the front, turned on all the lights, and started cancelling orders. Wasted 3 hours of our night when we just wanted a quick and easy dinner.

Spent $43 on some pizza, dessert and tip. I waited over an hour for the pizza, which it's a Sunday so I could understand the wait somewhat as it's around dinner time, however, when spending that kind of money on some pizza, I'd expect to get everything that I paid for. 3/4 of my order was missing and I didn't even see the driver to say that items were missing. This isn't the first time that I've had problems with this store, I've also found plastic in the pizza before and had to actually save it for the manager when I called and told them and he brought me another one. I've been on the phone, waiting for someone to answer for over 20 minutes now. I'm absolutely fuming! Don't waste your money and if you do choose to buy from here, you'd better hope that everything is absolutely perfect because good luck getting ahold of anyone! I guarantee I won't get ahold of anyone tonight, so now I'm out $25 for everything I'm missing.
