My time visiting Paris will not be my last. I'm very familiar with their type of sandwich. My only problem was they used shredded chicken. I made this sandwich and only had it with grilled chicken. It's much better with grilled chicken. Their rolls are the BEST

Their Green Thai tea is delightful! Vietnamese Iced coffee is nice and strong. Onions rings, and bean paste rice balls are delicious. Pork Vermicelli is 2 out of 5 stars. Not enough meat. Egg rolls are too small and lack filling.

An immeditate family member recently got food poisoned here after eating the #2 grilled pork banh mi sandwich on May 27th, 2025. The day following eating the sandwich, that family member got diarrhea. A few days later, the family member developed a fever, headaches, chills, nausea, chest pain, and bloody stool. It got to the point the family member had to go to the emergency room and was admitted up to a week! The hospital diagnosed the patient or our immediate family member with salmonella bacteria infection from food. There was severe bacteria inside the blood and it caused low sodium in the body. Never again will this family member order or step foot in this restaurant. I have contacted the restaurant, but no call back from the owner. Please eat at your own risk and be careful. The state will be checking in for health inspection due to the severe bacteria that made this individual so sick.

Lots of great drinks and they use non-dairy creamer. Ordered the Pina Colada and Vegetarian Bahn Mi which is easily made Vegan by requesting no mayo!

I come here a lot but yesterday wasn’t it. Order a # 1 special. When it came to finding somewhere to sit, all the table were dirty or sticky. Trash overflow. Then I got my sandwich and it was super small. Hardly any meat in it this time, or veggies and the bread seem smaller and shorter. A little disappointed.

Dear Paris Bahn Mi,
I want to begin by saying that I truly appreciate what your establishment offers. Your food and service have brought joy to many, and I’ve always looked forward to enjoying what you provide.
That said, I wanted to share a concern that I hope you’ll take into thoughtful consideration. I recently learned that customizations—like offering a keto-style sandwich or adjusting catering portions (e.g., cutting sandwiches in thirds instead of halves)—are not permitted due to a blanket policy: “If we do it for one person, we’d have to do it for everyone.”
While I understand the desire to maintain consistency, I hope you might reconsider the flexibility of this rule—especially in cases where accommodations are not about preference, but about inclusion or health. For example, individuals with diabetes or on medically guided diets often rely on small adjustments to participate in shared meals. Likewise, catering requests such as smaller portions are often about reducing waste or being considerate of various age groups.
Allowing a little flexibility doesn’t diminish the standard you’ve set—it enhances it. It signals that you care about your customers’ individual needs, not just their orders.
Thank you for taking the time to hear this feedback. I share it not as a complaint, but as a suggestion from someone who truly wants to keep supporting your business and help make it even more welcoming for all.

They dont allowed split drinks here their reason is too much work for them!
The banh mi was delicious & ready really quick! Thai tea was also tasty, not too sweet. Staff are always friendly and the shop is really cute. It's a favorite treat. Everything in the pastry case looks so yummy, but I can't usually finish my sandwich! Clearly the strategy is to bring a friend and share, then get dessert :)
