The business name is already a lack of effort. But damn the food lacked flavor. The pork patty nem nuong wasn't very grilled as the name says. The shredded chicken also bland. Baguette was ok. Soft chewy. Not toasted but ok. Vietnamese ice coffee. Taste more Thai coffee like. It was very sweet lacking the actual espresso flavors vietnamese coffee is known for. This is not a good representation of vietnamese cuisine.

As far as sandwiches go, this is pretty middle of the pack.As far as banh mis go, I'd say this a bit below average.The protein in the sandwiches are pretty good, but two gripes I have are:1. Pate is not on the sandwiches by default2. The bread they serve the sandwiches on are just okay.I wouldn't mind eating here again, but only if I had a specific craving for banh mis and was in the area again.You can find way better banh mi sandwiches on Stockton Boulevard at (Duc Huong or Huong Lan).3 out of 5 baguettes.

It's a great big space to sit and come eat with your friends and family. And it's a quick stop to hang out for a quick lunch bite since their menu is pretty simple and nice to pair with their Boba drinks and tea. Ban Mi sandwiches are amazing, too.

One of my favorite banh mi places in the area. It's my to go to when I'm craving banh mi's. It's moist and crunchy, plenty of pate spread and you can always modify and personalize for your own liking.

Had the typical special combo #1 and grilled pork #2 banh mi sandwiches. Seems like sandwiches became smaller or I should say skinnier in size from what I remembered. #1 Combo was dry and didn't appear to have enough sauce or spread which made it dry. For the grill pork #2 the meat was very salty. They have added a bunch of other Street food items like the Korean corn dog, fries, etc. They have a good selection of drink options from the Boba teas to smoothies. Everything seems pricier these days. However, it is nice to have a good banh mi place right in Elk Grove without having to go out towards Florin/ East Stockton area.
