Loved loved and really loved something plant based and it was the south west burrito. I am gonna be back..thanks for creating this vegan magic and so heavenly tasting and super delicious...service is 10/10 as well as the atmosphere.

Admittedly, the drinks are always on point, which is a definite plus and justification for my intermittent returns, but I return with a sincere hope that customer service will improve. Thus far, I have been disappointed. For me, this location has been the type of establishment that my husband and I visit in order to get a very good coffee drink "to go." Even so, the line seems to move slowly and oftentimes there is "no rhyme or reason" to the order in which drinks are distributed. Most of the time, we go to the Peet's on Elk Grove Blvd for a very good drink, but there we will take time to actually sit and enjoy it: excellent customer service and a more welcoming ambiance.

Peet's Coffee has a few locations in Elk Grove. This one is one of them I like to visit when I'm there for lunch or dinner at the same parking lot. This mall has my favorite restaurant and ice cream shop. This Peet's Coffee has the same good coffee as the other Peet's Coffee I like--very good and fast service. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee in front of their outdoor seating area when the weather was good. They have a lovely interior as well. The parking lot can be jam-packed sometimes. Fortunately, most of the cars come and go very fast.

Peet's Coffee is one of the best coffee shops. The drinks have a strong coffee flavor and amazing taste. I've tried the caramel macchiato, chai tea latte, and cappuccino, all of which were delicious. Peet's offers a variety of syrups, including seasonal options. They also have a sugar-free option, which is vanilla. The interior is clean, and the service is fast. There is ample room both inside and outside of this location. The value is excellent for the quality, especially when compared to other coffee shops. It's my favorite coffee spot when I feel like treating myself.

A couple of months ago I stopped placing orders online because my Apple payment kept getting declined. I tried 2 separate cards so I know that was t the issue. Today I tried to order on the app again. I paid with Apple Pay and I immediately get a pop up saying "payment declined." But the my phone sends me an alert of an Apple payment processed to Peet's. So I go inside, no one greets or makes any other form of contact. The employee comes up to me and says "can I take your order." I show him the problem on my phone that the app isn't processing my order and then show him the approved payment on my Apple Pay (screen shot attached). He says "best I could do is give you the customer service number). He goes to the back for a few minutes and brings me a phone number. So I tell him I have to place my order again with him and pay AGAIN (wish he would've taken the order before going to look for a phone number). He places my order and then tells me "I always recommend people add money to their app account so you don't have that problem".... I say, I don't like that and in my mind I just think maybe Peet's can just fix their app? I go to call the number he gave me and it's for some sort of Ally delivery service voicemail?. I tried the number several times. He clearly gave me the wrong number. I walk up to staff to retrieve my order and tell the staff he gave me the wrong number and handed them the paper with the number and then I left. They just looked at me like ghosts in confusion. What a weird place.

Super friendly staff who obviously make an effort to recognize regulars and to provide fast service. Nice that they have a few tables and benches outside and good WiFi.
Hopefully this is the correct Pete's in the Nugget parking lot. I tried ordering from the app and had the location wrong. The Barista was so nice and helped me figure out my error and assured me she would get my order ready anyway. I made it to my appointment on time and am so grateful of her kindness. She went above and beyond helping me with my error.She didn't even have to think or ponder how to help me. She was genuinely understanding. Not to mention the drink was good and I will be at Pete's more often than the place that shall not be name. Hopefully more Pete's will be around. Great service, and beverage.

Cute little corner coffee house tucked in the Leatherby's Plaza. Their drinks are always on point. I like ordering their fruit teas/lemonade variations. They have also added brown sugar jelly to your drinks. Most of their pastries are also good. They have a mobile app for easy ordering and pick up. And they also offer a rewards program if you sign up.
