No staff on site and waited 5 mins for someone from the cake counter next store to come over and make the black tie for me. I don’t know if that’s how they make it since it’s my first time. They just add the premade coffee from those prefilled container rather than fresh start. Underwhelmed and not sure if that’s the actual staff

Seating feels like a game of human Tetris—tables so tight that every passing backpack delivers an uninvited shoulder massage; two stars for the claustrophobic squeeze. At 8:30 a.m. the low sun turns the front windows into klieg lights; after ten minutes of squinting and seat-shuffling I’d give zero stars for the missing shades if the scale went that low. Come for the barista smiles, but pack sunglasses and a slim profile.
This particular Peet’s is not accessible via the Peet’s app since it’s inside a grocery store which is sad for locals. You must go inside to get the full menu, including the plant-based, dairy-free milks.

The employees are always nice and the atmosphere is very friendly. The plant based bagel is my favorite semi-healthy quick breakfast item. I only took a star because they run out of the bagel sandwich often and it’s the only food item on their menu that I can eat. If it’s available, I’ll usually park it with one of their delicious raspberry teas.
