Checked this place out because it’s one of the Elk Grove Diversity Dining Week participating restaurants. The food was very good especially the pho. We don’t eat much beef, so we got the chicken pho, vermicelli noodles with chicken and shrimp, and the crispy egg rolls. All were very good. They give a big portion of chicken.

We really enjoyed the pho and vermicelli with pork/shrimp/eggroll for lunch. The pho was hot with lots of beef slices and the vermicelli had a good balance of noodles and lettuce. The portions are huge and there were multiple tables sharing a bowl of pho.

The service is awesome and very friendly; the older woman who took our order made us feel like we were guests at her home. I will visit Pho Bistro again!
