Love the SoCal/Miami vibes from the restaurant decor to the music and the great food and drinks. Definitely the place to be to feel like you’re away but still close to home.

The interior decor is cute. The food was good but the service is horrible!! The girl at the front today ignored us several times. We tried asking for the check several times but they never came. There was another waiter who happened to walk by and he was able to help get our checks. No one came back for the check though. We tried to get the attention of our waiter but she just ignored us. She walked past us several times to serve food to other tables. I even said "excuse me" to the waiter and saw the waiter looked back but kept walking away. She completely pretended like we didnt exist. Other customers sitting near us even acknowledged that they can hear us asking the waiter to come take the check. We eventually had to get up from our table and find another worker who was not our waiter to close out our tab. I can't even imagine the service when it's a weekend. If I'm spending over $30 for a burrito bowl and a margarita.. I'm expecting at least some decent customer service. Most likely will not recommend to my friends or family. Will also not be coming back.

We came down here looking for some great time to celebrate. We all had a blast. The DJ that Saturday was on fire. We had so much fun with food, drinks and of course dancing. The customer service was great and a lot of fun.

My first time there for 50% off taco/tequila Tuesday. I am a tequila drinker, reposado is my go to. The shots I ordered were definitely watered down. I even had a 3rd shot just to confirm. I was shocked and highly disappointed. Although I will say the food was delicious! Not enough to make me come back.
This place was a vibe Forsure it was super cute. the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the food was also good and drinks were 10/10 ?

Was given the option to sit outside. Initially I said yea but it got really cold. So we decided to sit at the bar and was told we could have a table within 20-30 mins. Spent $90 on drinks and watched multiple couples get seated. After an hour and a half I asked the girl at the door what’s goin on. She said it’s just busy. I asked can we sit at the table bedind us since it’s been empty for 30 mins. I was told No. it’s reserved. No problem ordered another chili margarita and appetizer. Shortly after a Caucasian couple walked in and said table for 2. I watched the girls that told me that seat is for reservation split the table into 2 and seat them. They did not have reservation. I listened to the girl with the tablet tell the other girl well me and my fiancé have been waiting. So instead of courting us and us being next on the waitlist via phone for over 45 mins. She then stated people run over us and sit where they like. I asked. I was respectful and patient but to watch other folks get seate whilst we are ignored is a horrible feeling to be treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. Disgusting behavior. Great food bad service. We both were fresh off work bd just wanted to relax and try some authentic cuisine. If you are a person of color I do not recommend this place. Keep the tip.

Weekday lunches with a drink are a must, bartenders are friendly, talented and attentive! The ceviche is savory and the champiñón tacos just became some of my fave! Aside fromFood and drinks this places brings good music and even better vibes!
We were seated right after entering. The ambiance was very tropical, it was like an escape from Elk Grove town to the tropics. Our server Mariana went above and beyond assisting us. We ordered there famous tacos, Pork Belly, Jerk Chicken & the Steak. The service was exceptional and the food was seasoned to perfection.We will definitely will return.
First time trying Pig Latin in Elk Grove. Wow. Drink specials were amazing. Had the Rosa Rita margaritas and the No Mames. Great combo of ingredients to begin the dinner. Ordered Baja Shrimp tacos and the special chimchurri steak. Tacos were a bit spicy but massive in size. Definitely got your money's worth. The steak was clean your plate worthy. The rice and beans were some of the best I have ever had in a restaurant. Definitely a great dinner. Atmosphere is definitely younger and energetic. Will be a very fun place to visit in the summer.

Do it happening place but I got the hell out of there cuz it's too loud the music was too loud and people around were trying to talk over the music so I didn't get any of the food and I didn't get a check out the service. For youngsters though definitely a happening place.

This place was such a surprise, in the best way. There are so few special places to grab interesting food and quality craft cocktails in Elk Grove. But Pig Latin delivers a warm aesthetic atmosphere, really really good cocktails and a fun selection of yummy dishes.Try the Elote Ribs, the pork belly tacos, and the Prickly Pear Margarita. All of those are top notch. Looking forward to coming back soon!
