PINS N STRIKES IS NOW "THE ALLEY!" THEY ARE GOING THROUGH A REMODEL. I THINK SOMEBODY ELSE BOUGHT IT.NO ONE IS REPORTING IT, BUT IT APPEARS PINS AND STRIKES HAS CLOSED FOR GOOD. NOT SURE WHY THEY HAVE NOT ANNOUNCED ANYTHING. THE LAST INFORMATION THEY GAVE SAID THEY WOULD BE CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 31ST. IT LOOKS LIKE THE BURGER JOINT AND THE DANCE CLUB IS GONE ALSO. THE SIGNS HAVE BEEN TAKEN DOWN.

this bowling alley is a great place for a date, or to have fun with some friends. It also has an arcade with plenty of fun games. Around the corner, there is a laser tag place called Cali Glo. Laser tag is also pretty cool there.

I had my sons birthday party here. I rented a room, they did give us way more time in the room than we paid for probably because it was filthier that a sac county holding cell. The teenage staff was very friendly. I went to the bar to get a beer and the rude ugly lady barked at me. I would never recommend this place for any occasion.

It was a birthday celebration, we didn't want to do bowling, the children (8-11) would only be "throwing the bowling balls" not bowling. When our child announced there be 23 friends coming, we decided to use the indoor playground for their fun. Called at 11am to reserve tables for 30 people, was told they don't take food order on the phone we must go in. Desiree said if we are not bowling we can only use tables in the restaurant not those by the bowling lanes, that's fine, anyway it's closer to the indoor playground. We got in, ordered 6 large pizza about $150, a few pints of drinks $20. They can't keep your birthday cake in their fridge not even if you had booked a birthday package. I'm glad I had brought many personal items, I used a dry erase board and pen, a paper towel holder, and 3 floating balloons to direct my party friends to the "hidden" restaurant area which I didn't know it existed until event day. Friends started to arrive, total 21. Prior to event day, I had gone to enquire in person do they have group rate for the playground and to look at the menu, was told no group rate and it is $7 per child, nothing mentioned it would be $9 for weekend. So no incentive when I bring them a 21-person business instead they are going to charge me higher than I was told? How about either give me the $7 price (total $147) or throw in a free child (20 X $9 = $180)? No. Nothing. So 21 X $9 = $189. Family and friends start buying arcade tokens I believe they spent at least $250. Total spending $600+. They don't know what's creating goodwill with a $9 to win future $600 business. Anyway I heard they have "buy 4 get 4 free" for playground users, so what is $9 gift to a big group? Even when I told the manager I have another child interested to invite another group of like 20-30 friends in May, the owner later approached me saying they will only consider what they **might** offer me in May itself, I must call to ask and only in May. So, either they want me there giving them my $600 business or they can think we didn't take their birthday packages thus we are not their "prime customers" they don't want us there! Worst part of our time there was that there was this HEAVY 4 by 4 = 16 cubical cabinet placed next to the play structure for putting shoes that got kicked off by a child don't know whose kid, the whole cabinet dropped face down onto the ground with a loud boom! Everyone ran over to see what happened. SO LUCKY there wasn't a child that ran pass or was standing there when it happened! It required 2 strong men to hold back up the cabinet, it was bone chilling to think of possibly how it could cause head or other fracture of a child resulting in possible death!! A life could forever be changed for this mistake. Another parent was commenting how could the cabinet not have been bolted down or secured? When I talked to the safety person now 3 adults handling moving the cabinet away, she said the other 2 cabinets are bolted down just not this one, she's not sure why it was where it was! At about 4pm, I got the bad news that I must clear up the tables we were using in the restaurant because they have to set up for a private event the next day? I asked the restaurant lady, Amy, "so where can I move to?", she's nice but unsure she had to have the same owner come talk to me. Ok, I can move, at least provide a place where I can put our pizza, drinks, cake, etc? Then the owner, Billy Ray, came over to tell me that I can move to the connecting pool table room that has like 3 tables. Ok, we were done with cake cutting and most pizza were eaten so ok no problem we can make do with the space given. Turned out, they wanted the 5 square tables back NOT because they needed to clean the place for a next day event but that they have a live band around 6pm and needed me to move so their live band clients can use those tables to churn revenue! They can't be honest must create a l

I was warned by other people who frequent this bowling alley to be prepared to wait after you check in. Check in? Apparently the counter person will tell you to there is an hour wait even if there are lanes available. Well it happened to me and friends over the weekend. We showed up early and lanes were available. I'm guessing they want you to spend money at the bar or the game area.

Fun place, not sure why the long wait times when lots of lanes are open

The old white guy was being very rude ... he had no idea how to talk to kids. He was being racist and was mocking my little brother . Your guys's review can be way better if u guys don't put him to work in front. I wish i knew his name and he was talking back to us when we left for no reason. This one star is way too much for his service. He don't even deserve this one star.

They need to upgrade this place. Arcade: Most of the games don't work or take tokens. The staff in the arcade area are no where to be found half the time. Their toys are like from the dollar store yet they ask for way too much tickets for a little toy that costed probably a dollar. Bowling: The lanes ALWAYS break or lag at some point which wastes the time of those paying per hour. We have a staff member come to fix the lane but it just stops putting pins down or it takes forever for the ball to come back up. The shoes are gross. The place needs to be renovated and they need to upgrade everything.
