Love this place! First time ever trying was last night and will probably never go anywhere else now. Their combination pizza was to die for! I, also, ordered their pizza rolls. The employee named, Kalia, was so helpful and nice when she was explaining how the pizza rolls were made and the different options there is to choose from, thank God for her!! I will definitely go here again and soon! Great atmosphere!

This store cannot get an order straight and will lie to you to cover up issues. Don't order from this store.Response to Owner Reply: I do acknowledge & appreciate that the pizza errors were made right. However, two-in-a-row order errors are statistically relevant, especially after a sustained and concerted effort to disavow any responsibility - I don't feel that can be rectified.

One of the best pizza's that I have had in a very long time the good and hot will definitely go there again! Great service as well, the manager was very friendly and nice thanks I think his name is Carl.

We order Pizza Guys ~monthly when we have had a long day and really just want to not have to worry about dinner. Normally, it works out fine, they deliver on time, no worries whatsoever. Today, however, their service has been terrible. The tracking function is a joke, but it was showing that the order was still cooking until the promise time, and then it was simply stopped working altogether. I waited 10 minutes after the promise time, and called the store to see about my order. 4 minutes on hold, the call dropped. I called again. Same. Call dropped after 4 minutes on hold. This happened 4 times in total before they finally answered. Little in the way of apology, nothing in terms of offering any compensation or credit. Just a "Yeah the driver just left with your order, sorry." Oh, and the text notifications I opted for? Nope. Just really disappointing overall.Order #154 at 5:39pm on Wednesday, 11/15.

Placed an order online for the first time & it was so easy & fast. I decided to pick up our pizza since it said only 20 minutes before it was ready. It was ready only in 18 minutes! Customer service was 10/10 when we walked in. Pizza was so gooooood too. Can't wait to come back!

I LOVE the pizza BUT I HATE the new website. it was soooooo confusing and annoying to use. I continued as a guest and went through with my order then it said it would send me an email when they would get my order. that never happened. I have advice for Pizza Guys. FIRE YOUR WEBSITE DEVELOPERS. They did a terrible job and you need to go back to original website. If not ur probably going to lose costumer.

10/27/2023- First time to order a pizza and have it delivered. For many years in the past, we used to order pizzas for our judo tournaments held at Crc. We always sold out the first few hours.. and the pizza was really good..and they always arrived promptly.. Since we had a big lunch, and it was late for dinner, decided to give it a shot.. Ordered a large with pepperoni, sausage and salami. Also ordered the garden salad. Kind of bummed because I wanted to be able to do my check in to get the ice cream lol.. Delivery time with DoorDash was a bit longer, and the driver had a previous stop. Pizza and salad delivered.. ! Minus one star because the pizza was not hot but not cold.. Satisfying.. and would go in next time.. to get the ice cream!

Gave my order to someone else, didnt even tell me until i asked about it, offered no discount and another lady before her order was wrong and when she left the old asian guy behind the counter said she needs to be slapped.... yall need to investigate everyone working this

Great pizza. Great service. Prompt delivery. Ordered delivery to a different location once, then later ordered again without changing the location to my home and they called to make sure of the address knowing that it was not my home location. Thus saving the order from being misdirected. Who does that? They do. Nice Plus the quality of the pizza is above and beyond.
Exceptional customer service and the garlic cheese bread and combo pizza were delicious. Thank you for answering all of my questions when I called in to ask for status of my online order. Got the cheese bread and it was a bit salty and the manager offered to refund the money in that pizza. I will be back to order more pizzas. Thanks.

The most slowest store I have ever seen in my entire life I ordered my pizza two hours before and the didn’t prepare the food and the told me to wait for 1 more hour and the worst customer service ever

If you order from this store online, then order 30 minutes before you want your pizza. I placed an online order for pickup at 5:10 at about 2:00 and I figured they had 3 hours to plan my order. Well, I arrived at 5:15 (5 minutes late) AND they had not even started my pizzas yet. More than a little annoyed. I don't recommend using online website, walk in and place the order. It takes the same amount of time.

Pizza Guys are a solid stand by when it comes to pizza. There is a good selection of toppings, specialty pizzas, wings, pasta, and salads.

I just had the best experience with this pizza guys. The staff was so friendly! They offered to help me carry my stuff out and they kept me up to date with my order. Even though I was early, still apologized for the wait. No wait past my time promised. Way to take pride in your store guys!
