I had a very disappointing experience with my kids’ pizza order at Pizza Hut Express. The food quality was far below expectations, and it was not prepared with the care and freshness we usually associate with Pizza Hut. My kids were excited for their meal, but unfortunately the order was poorly made, and it left us very unsatisfied.
As a customer, I believe families should feel confident ordering meals for their children that are both fresh and enjoyable. I truly hope Pizza Hut Express takes this feedback seriously and addresses the quality and service issues, so other families don’t have the same experience.

After seeing an advertisement for 2 Large Supreme 10 topping pizza's for $12.00 bucks each, my stomach starting growling with approval.I placed my order by phone and was advised that the large was only for certain states, California excluded, however for $2 bucks more I could get the offer .I drove to the Elk Grove store which is a 22 mile round trip and approached the counter. When it was all added up I was told the amount would be $72 dollars and change.My stomach ached as I added up the cost and time involved , suddenly my hunger vanished.Overall I passed on this offer and chose another store to support. I hope this helps customers communicate before they go through the changes I had to experience?
