I have ordered veg pasta from Pizza Hut ,included with breadsticks.breadsticks are so good but pasta was not flavorful at all it was very sweet in taste 🤦🏻♀️

This Pizza Hut location on Bruceville Rd, Elk Grove is absolutely filthy! I ordered a pizza here and the food is (garbage). The toppings tasted OLD and the veggies on the pizza taste like they're expired. Never again, YUCK!!! BELIVE ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! The 5 star reviews are fake to raise their approval rating. Look at the review by NYPD- it's fake!

No customer service at all.Place an order online but pay higher when picked up at the store. Ask for refund and wasn’t able to get it . Poor customer service. Very bad experience.

Our pizza was stale and old. It was delivered 10 minutes after we ordered!!! It was so expensive and was not the large size that we ordered!! I tried to call but could not get anyone to answer?? We are so disappointed and feel like we got ripped off!!

Everything was overcooked on verge of being burnt. Not the pizza hut I remember.
I had a doordash order when I came inside the manager had bad behave with me, he used bad language and insult me too much because I didn’t had pizza bag, he just asked me for pizza bag but I didn’t had instead he abused and insult me . I’m a dasher that just work for doordash not for Pizza Hut and only responsible for doordash, I just follow the doordash policy not pizza bag . Please kindly take out and fire rude employees .

They always mess up pick up orders. They don’t even repeat your order to make sure they’re giving you the correct order. Poor customer service.

Workers made our order incorrectly. We specifically ordered for vegetarian pizza and they gave us a meat pizza. We called in to let them know about how they did our order incorrectly and what we could do. They said that they will give us credit and that next time we order we can give them our phone number.
Today, we called in to order another pizza and gave them our phone number. We were transferred several times and were placed on hold for a while. We got a hold of the manager there who was working on June 24th 2024 at 8:30pm. He was very rude to us saying that he doesn't see a credit and that he doubts we even had a conversation of credit in the first place. He asked us if we had the worker's name who gave us credit and we said no they only stated to give our phone number for credit. The manager then accused us of lying of speaking to a worker and said he will not honor it. He also didn't give us his name. We wasted our time then and wasted our time now. They have lost a long time customer
