The pickup time from this store is never real and I had to wait and wait more time than expected for a Delivery pickup

I ordered a stuffed crust with tomatoes for delivery on Sunday around 4:30. The first pizza came burnt, the cheese is a dark brown and the tomatoes have black burnt edges.
I called the store and the gentleman I spoke with said they have an issue with the tomatoes shriveling up but that it wasn't burnt. I let him know it was burnt and he sent another one out no issue.
The second one has arrived, marginally less burnt than the first. You could argue that it's well done, but that's not what I ordered.
I guess the moral of the story is don't order a stuffed crust.

I ordered online for pick up earlier today and I gave my credit card information online then got charged. When I went to pick the pizza up then they tell me that they need to charge my card again but I communicated that I already got charged but they said there were no charges on their side. I say okay to be cooperative and let them charge my card again but when I check my bank activity they charged me twice. I call and they make me wait for a manager which I did and when I finally got her on the phone she did not show an ounce of eagerness to help the situation but instead made it more difficult for me. She put me on hold and probably danced around for one minute and told me there was nothing she can do and told me to call my bank despite her being a manager she gave me the same answer as lower level employees. I will never be ordering from this establishment again because clearly there is no higher power in charge to assist people.

5 stars for giving out $2 pizzas! But honestly, I thought I'd get a taste of my childhood in the 90's getting that free personal pan pizza voucher for reading a book.. but the new personal pan pizza tastes just like you'd expect after googling the process. Frozen dough or maybe my pizza was missing the oil that makes the crust crispy? But my wife likes it better than Costco greasy pizza. It's just not for me

Disappointing Remember when you could get a three piece Breadsticks with a soda meal at a Pizza Hut Express for less than $5? I loved it. I was trying to bring that flavor back by ordering the 5 piece Breadsticks, even though it's nearly three times the price and doesn't include a drink. It comes out close to $3 per Breadstick, not including delivery fees, so it's a rare expensive splurge. I tried three times. The first time, I showed up in person and was told they only take orders online now. I could have pulled out my phone to order online, but I was too hangry to give them my business that day. Months later, I tried ordering from this location through Doordash. They didn't give me the sauce for my Breadsticks. Today, I decided to try Doordash one more time. The bottom half of the Breadsticks were hard and crunchy, as if they left the Breadsticks cooking on the pan after pulling them out of the oven. There was also cinnamon on one of the Breadsticks. I give up. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore. I will miss the Breadsticks deal I used to get from Pizza Hut Express.

Sooo- after I had an allergic reaction to pork the put on my veggie pizza, I was offered a $15 credit though I was simply visiting the area. Don’t come to this careless branch if you have any kind of allergies or religious beliefs that dictate your food choices. Literally unbelievable. I almost had to go to the ER because of this little piece I chewed and spit out.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my pickup order for 6:30. I made a mistake and called asking it for it to be ready by 6:00 for which they told me they could do no problem. I get there at 6:00 and my food order was not switched for pickup times. They told me we would take 15 minutes. At 6:30 I went back in because I knew it wouldn't take 15 minutes and they told me the food was still not ready. I didn't get my food until 6:37 spending almost 40 minutes in the parking lot waiting for my order. The staff didn't seem to care at all it' emore like a funny mistake to them and even though I was sitting in my car right in front of the restaurant no one felt the need to let me know my food was ready, I had to go in on three separate occasions. If my food wasn't ready on my third try I was going to ask for a refund for my food because I don't feel like you should have to wait 37 minutes when you tell them what time you're going to be there to pick your food up. Try mountain Mike's instead.
I have ordered veg pasta from Pizza Hut ,included with breadsticks.breadsticks are so good but pasta was not flavorful at all it was very sweet in taste 🤦🏻♀️

This Pizza Hut location on Bruceville Rd, Elk Grove is absolutely filthy! I ordered a pizza here and the food is (garbage). The toppings tasted OLD and the veggies on the pizza taste like they're expired. Never again, YUCK!!! BELIVE ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! The 5 star reviews are fake to raise their approval rating. Look at the review by NYPD- it's fake!

Very Rude costumer service , manager doesn’t have customer service training. Customer service was only taking orders. Don’t go to this store. No customer service at all.Place an order online but pay higher when picked up at the store. Ask for refund and wasn’t able to get it . Poor customer service. Very bad experience.
