When I eat here, I usually ask to wear gloves to eat but the answer is no and they seem to have a bad attitude when asked. I need to automatically provide gloves to customers when eating at the restaurant so that customers do not get their hands dirty.

Terrible service
I was cut in line by three grubhub online orders. They gave all of the grubhub online orders fresh food than the people in line. The wait was horrible. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and not pleased for the people who waited in line to dine in, before the grubhub orders. Also spoke in a different language with coworkers. I don't recommend going here by I-5 freeway. Horrible service

Don’t eat here often then i remembered why. that new ai got my order wrong. i didn’t notice because it didn’t show my order on the screen. I get home after a long day ready to enjoy my meal and COME TO FIND OUT…. they gave me these big greasy ah wings. Lowkey want my money back or something cause that meal left me completely dissatisfied.

The drive thru is AI. At first I was thrown by the robotics like voice. I ordered and even asked questions about the Big Box deal and dipping sauce choices. The AI answered seamlessly. The AI asked me to verify my order on the digital board, everything was correct. But what was packed in the bag was not what I ordered and paid for. They forgot one of the sides. Ugh.

It wasn’t a particularly large order either, just two Big Box meals. Oh well… chalking it up to human error. But someone should be checking the order. The food came out hot. Everything was securely and neatly packed. We were given utensils, condiments, and napkins.

The latest deal… Big Box is two pieces of chicken or three piece tender strips with two sides and a biscuit for $6.99. I didn’t ask for any particular chicken cuts. I got a wing and a breast in classic flavor. It was delicious. Juicy, tender chicken in that classic spiced crunchy coating.

Bad service. Waited 30 minutes on parking area and no one bring our orders. Went inside to pick up our food. When we reached home instead of 12 pieces chicken 3 pieces missing.

I love Popeyes, but won't be going here again. The AI at the drive through was a truly awful experience that I will go out of my way never to repeat. I also didn't get quite a few items I had ordered (and paid for), which wasn't discovered until getting home. Overall bad experience.

You place your order through the AI drive through. Then you go to the window and the people don’t speak english. You might as well skip this location altogether.
