We order the roll tray (20 rolls). We request cutting the rolls in half. There is a charge of $5.20 for cutting the rolls in half. Not only that the sale tax of 8.75% is applied to the cutting fee too. So remember this when ordering rolls tray: cut them yourself

This restaurant engages in dishonest business practices, as evidenced by the discrepancy between menu prices and the actual amount charged. Despite ordering items at $14.99 and $8.99, the total bill amounted to $44. The staff explained that menu prices differ from the actual prices and that there are different rates for cash versus credit card payments. This dishonest behavior has left a negative impression, and it's clear why the restaurant has few customers.

This spot is good. Pho is good. Not the best I’ve had in town but consistent. The service does a good job but for the most part are non existent. They take your order, food comes pretty quick but that’s about all the interaction you get. The atmosphere is good. Pretty clean. The shrimp spring roll sauce is wonderful. Ive never had that before and it was great, usually it’s a peanut sauce. I’d check this place out with confidence.

Service and professionalism here are very poor, and the staff was very disrespectful. I visited this place with my parents, we ordered two entrees and one appetizer. They failed to bring out one of our entree, even after we reminded the staff. After a long wait, we paid and told them to them to pack up missing entree, but they failed to after another 10 minutes. We asked for a refund for the forgotten entrée. Also, while eating, staff cleaned the table next to us with a solvent that had an ammonia odor, not acceptable nor pleasant in restaurant business

This is my 3rd time here. The food and service is great! I don't know what happened to make people leave bad reviews for poor service. The employees here seem very friendly and have given us great service. I was recommended the bbq pork spring rolls which are now my favorite!

I enjoyed the delicious Pho Tai, and the food arrived to our table quickly. However, there’s room for improvement in the service aspect.

We had five people and they only gave us three cups of water and then no napkins. The waitress who served us continuously rolled her eyes at us when we were ordering. And they added their own tip to the bill at the end which was not deserved due to the poor customer service.
I really wanted to like this place but was disappointed. Nobody greeted us upon entering the restaurant. The waiter took very long to come take our order-around 10 minutes, we almost got up to leave. When the food arrived, it was good. However, no one checked in on us for refills. We were not given any napkins, straws or eating utensils. The servers were not friendly and ignored us even when we were polite and thanked them for our food, we still got no response back. Not sure if this is a family establishment or what but they need major customer service skills. Will not be returning.

One of the best Vietnamese restos in Elk Grove. Their specialty is the BBQ pork spring roll- it’s fresh flavorful and addictive, served with a warm carrot peanut dipping sauce. Everyone that tries these for the first time falls in love. Their Banh Xeo is good too. They have bbq chicken too for those that don’t eat red meat. Party trays available. Other dishes are good but these are the best. Call directly takeout orders as seamless/Grubhub etc have higher prices.

Drove 2 hrs from San Ramon to try this restaurant recommended by a friend. The food was worth the drive time. The House Special is the best way to enjoy the food. They provide all the various veg, meat and other fillings and sauces and you make your own Vietnamese spring rolls out of them.It was also quite reasonable. We also tried other dishes and they were all very good.

I love their food hands down! Grilled chicken spring rolls are the best I’ve had! I love how they put lots of veggie in it instead of the noodle filler which other places do. Also good amount of chicken for the cost. Love their pho and their chili paste is no joke! Extremely spicy and yet so delicious to add in. Now I didn’t rate this place bad but the cons are - they’re always short staffed, so to get water refills or ask for a napkin/condiments you have to get up and ask them or yell to get attention. That’s the only thing that bugs me is that every-time I’m there people around me are always mad about the service. If they can fix that this place would be a solid 4.9 for sure. Enjoy! Food great !

I was in the Elk Grove area and was craving a big bowl of pho (even in 80 degree weather). I saw this shop was close by and had good reviews. It was a little hard to find because the sign isn't very big. I drove past it the first time. Pho broth was really good. I got the pho tai with extra rice noodles because who doesn't love oodles of noodles. Probably the best pho I've had since moving to the Sacramento area last year. Service was prompt and friendly enough. I got my order in about 5 minutes. The restaurant wasn't super packed but did have a decent number of guests. There were lots of tables. I would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.
