I've definitely been living under a rock. Even friends and family are surprised that I've never been here. I'm disappointed in myself for not trying this out sooner. I was craving carne asada fries and 3 people recommended this place to me. The carne asada fries are hitters. I love the skinny fries and the amount of meat and toppings it had. Typing this makes me want to get it tomorrow, lol. The lady who took our order was very nice as well. My husband asked for extra salsa and she gave us multiple with no charge! How sweet is that. We enjoyed the adobada burrito too! I'm sure everyone already knows they used to be inside the gas station, but now they're just right outside of the shell gas station in their truck! Yeah I know, I'm late. It's cool that you can order ahead of time too and just pick up!

Who is what I believe the owner, was a very nice lady. It was my first time trying & I had been eyeing this truck for a while but they weren't opened when I tried. Tried again last night & ordered the asada fries & added pico. Portion sizes huge. You can easily share with someone else. These fries were definitely some of the better asada fries I've tried out here, meat a little fatty, but still very good. Also tried the breakfast burrito with pico added which was also very good. I'm so happy I found this truck & I'll definitely be back to try new things next time.

I love the carnitas here it always hits the spot. The service is good. The only bad experience is when I ordered 10 tacos for my family to try and the tortillas were stale.

I love Rafa's mexican food. It's too bad they were forced out of the Shell station. The drive thru was convenient. Our go to for breakfast burritos. You won't be disappointed.
UPDATE! They are opened and as good as ever! So glad I drove by here and saw the sign! My carne asada fries and tacos were FIRE! Rafa's is open! Come on by!

We walk as a family and always find ourselves at Rafa's at the end of our walk. My husbands go to is carne asada fries and mine is shrimp tacos and a large horchata. Delicious very good. Service is quick and no disturbances, family friendly.
