Red Robin has fallen. The restaurant was... dingy the table sticky. Which is ironic because they were basically empty at a evening setting on a weekend. The little table pay machine missing. Ironically.

The food was actually amazing which is shocking considering the last 3 times before ive been to a red robin it was horrible. 25 percent?

The wait staff because it was empty hovered at the wait station which was 4 feet from my table. This location is janky..

My family and I went on a busy Friday night and we were helped by a gentleman named Nemo! I just want to say it was busy in his area but he took care of us and had great customer service. Keep up the great work sir!!

I visited Red Robin for a pickup order and asked if they had soup. The employee replied with “we’re not Panera,” which came off as rude and unprofessional. It was my first time here and that comment left a negative impression. A polite no would have been more appropriate.

Red Robin is pretty solid if you’re in the mood for a classic American burger. The portions are generous, and the unlimited fries are a nice touch. Burgers are loaded and satisfying, even if they’re not the most mind-blowing. Service is usually friendly, and the vibe is casual — good for a chill night out or family meal. Not amazing, but reliable comfort food

D has been our waiter for years, and she is truly one of a kind! Every time we come in, she greets us with warmth and a smile that makes us feel right at home. Her service is always flawless—attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and dedicated. The food is always great, but D is a big reason we keep coming back. She’s not just a server—she’s part of the experience. We’re so lucky to have her!

Dee is the best server. You guys are so lucky to have her. We brag her in other restaurants and compare her to all other servers. She us amazing. She goes beyond what she needs to do. And she remembers us and our orders and drinks before we even ask. We will wait for a table just to get her .
