4 years ago, I gave this place 5 stars. My most recent visits have not been worthy of 5 stars.First of all, what is that smell? On 2 recent occasions, there was a very unpleasant smell in the building. Smelled like dirty dish water or a broken pipe. On multiple occasions, the floor has been wet near the kitchen. I didn't see it this time, but they often have a floor dryer pointed in that direction.The staff- I'm getting Applebee's vibes. On a couple previous visits, we had a very friendly waitress in the area closer to the restrooms. (Wish I knew her name) She stays on top of everything. Always checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. Even on the day she expressed to us about how it can be overwhelming when she had the whole back section all to herself.Our most recent visit, I have so many complaints. From the food taking forever, to never getting my refill of water that was empty before the food was even served, the staff spending more time talking to each other rather than checking on their tables needs....At first I wasn't surprised at the slow service because the server did have several tables. But, after many left, no reason why it still took so long to get items and why there was no staff around for long periods of time. The burger and fries were not hot and fresh as if it was sitting for too long. Getting the servers attention for refills was difficult. Some things we asked for either took too long or we just never got it. My husband was so unhappy with the service, he didn't want to leave a tip but I talked him into leaving something which was less than we would normally give.Due to our recent experience, I don't have any plans on returning anytime soon. Maybe I'll drive further to another location to see if they have better service and no questionable and unpleasant smell.

It seems like gourmet burgers have caught up to red robin. They are still good, but they no.longer feel special.This was my favorite spot for several years... but there are a lot of excellent burgers around.The fries are still great though. And I love their season salt.The worst part though is the service. My wife's burger was not delivered as ordered. It took forever to get ranch or more fries. The server was nice, but I dont think they were properly staffed.

I had the avocado bacon burger with steak fries extra crispy, they were both good. The waitress was very nice.
Less than impressed. Food was not bad, but it was definitely not great. Fries were good though, same as usual.They changed the room lighting to LED,I think, and now it feels like you're in a cafeteria... not a $20 per burger joint. So that was a downgrade imo. The warm inviting light is gone ,now it's ultra white, and cold.The burnt ends burger was bad... but I think they were having an off night as many usual food options were unavailable.Been here many times... this time was sub par.

Due to covid the restaurant was not very busy inside. But customer service was excellent serving me the 2 perfect burgers with hot order crispy fries.

Most of the food was amazing and the surface was great, but somehow the panko fish sandwich was extraordinarily bland. Even though it had pickles, tomato and tartar sauce, none of the flavors popped and were very muted.
