I sound like a curmudgeon but the music is really loud. They need a few more chairs and they let the garbage overflow which is uncomfortable. The decor feels club like which may be the reason it attracts teens and early twentysomethings.

Order at kiosk which is pretty standard or skip the line and order off your phone. They don't have a good number system so people either have to check their phone or hover over the drinks window. (get a number display).

Overall agree with the other reviews that my 0% sweet drink felt very sweet so either the staff isn't being careful or everything just runs sweet.

My favorite local boba shop! This place is always friendly, environment is always clean. The drinks are not so sugary which I love! My go-to is Thai Tea Tornado with cheese or tiramisu foam.

Its ok. The decor was trying to do to much to be a lounge in such a small space...doesnt feel right to see a fancy looking lounge style just to be right in front of the counter...also hot as balls in there...best thing in the shop is the sea salt foam

The Green tea base is not fresh. I was not feeling well and vomited after having the Kyoto milk tea.

Wouldnt give me sauces for popcorn chicken and fried tofu because they said i didn't specified when i ordered. What kind of excused was when im already asking if i can have some.

Used to be one of my faves, now I don't bother coming. I love the drinks and the boba quality, but I can't get past the changes they made with getting rid of the cashiers and putting in kiosks to order from. Also, I was charged a $2 convenience fee by placing my order online for pickup. They've striped to automate everything and it's just taken away from the experience.

Drinks here are the best. The food is good but overprice; small portion but more expensive compared to other places.

Service here is the worst. The drink making is very slow, but the worst thing is the front girl who distributed drinks. She is very rude and lie to customers all the time about their drinks being not ready and keep them waiting while the drinks are all there. We encountered this many times because this has been our favorite boba place since 2019. Will not go here again until the service is improved.

We ordered two simple drinks, however we waited over half an hour and did not get our drinks. I asked 3 times for the status and each time they did not start and kept saying “we don’t have enough workers” I counted and there were 4 in the back and 3 in the front. That seems like a lot of workers to fill the orders. Also it was too hot in there and the bathrooms didn’t work at all

I went with my family on a Saturday night around 9pm. It was fairly busy, but not a long line. I liked the atmosphere and the ample seating; it would be great place to hang out with friends. Their bathrooms were closed though so keep that in mind in case you plan on staying there for a minute. We ordered the Tropical Paradise, Pineapple Cloud, and Milo Chocolate Delight. We all lowered our sweetness to 50% as we had gotten ice cream beforehand (do not judge I started dieting the day after ?). However, our drinks didn’t taste less sweet. This was particularly with the Tropical Paradise and Pineapple Cloud where it still tasted really sweet; we normally get regular sweetness and that felt on par with it. The Chocolate Delight did taste a little less sweet, but it is still a very decadent drink. Not to say we didn’t enjoy our drinks! My family really enjoyed their drinks and I’d like to return again.

It smells like urine inside here not pleasant at all. Door is very dirty. The floor, tables and chairs all have a gross residue. Very disgusting. All on electronics and they leave drinks on the counter and expect you to do all the work.

I don't get the hype of this place. Me and my daughter came her the first time and it will be our last time. When ordering our drinks there was a big glare from the light above, the screen has a lot of finger print and oil that make it hard to order, we had to tilt the screen forward to see, it was too warm, and when orders was ready the server didn't even call out any order, they just place it on the counter and walk away.

Parking: Let's say that there's two big fast food restaurant that is always makes it hars to find parking.
