The presentation of their drinks is absolutely beautiful — every cup looks like it came straight out of a photo shoot. The drinks taste just as good as they look — refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Personally I think their boba is currently the best in town 😍 chewy and flavorful 😚

Rose is my go to boba spot in Elk Grove! I've tried numerous drinks, but my favorite is the kyoto milk tea. It's a jasmine milk tea base with a hint of matcha and slathered with puff cream around the cup. I love this combo so much especially bc it's so unique and can't be found anywhere else besides Rose!
