We called at noon to pre-order a pizza for 5 pm. Knowing that it was both Halloween and game 6 of the World Series, we wanted to avoid waiting 2 hours for a pizza. Unfortunately, when we got there we were told our pizza wasn’t ready. We asked them to check the warmer.. they refused, repeating that it wasn’t ready yet. After waiting 20 minutes we asked again and they finally checked the warmer and it was the pizza on the bottom. It looked terrible and had most likely been sitting...read full review
