Few toppings and they gave me the white sauce instead of the red sauce. My wife had to go back.

Walked in to order a pizza. I politely asked the lady taking my order to please have the workers in the back put gloves on because I saw them grabbing pepperoni and cheese with no gloves. I waited 15 min for my pizza and watch the entire time, still none of the employees handling food in the back ever put gloves on. I cancled and walked out. Sadly I love round table but I’m not coming back to this location. Manager should be held accountable. I hope the higher ups see my message.

Give Christopher a raise. He made a mistake on our order while they were super busy and he owned up to it and made up for it. I get it, sometimes people may slip up but when you own up to it and try to make it better, that’s great customer service. I’ve been in his shoes before and sometimes people need to remember that customer service workers are just trying to make a living like everyone else.

Great staff, was upset at doordash for my delivery not getting to me but it was a door dash problem not a round table problem, and they were awesome made up for it with good service. Big fan of companies that care how returning customers are treated. Good job Round table

Don't go here and support this shady business! I use to support them, but no longer. I order a pizza for take out. Went to pick it up and waited over 1 hr in line and it was still going to be at least another 30 b4 getting to cashier. Had to get home for appt. Went to cashier, asked can I change order to curb side and pizza now totally cold sitting for pick up. They said no, told them I had to leave, cancel. Called when home and followed up w cancel. THEY USED MY CC ON FILE AND CHARGED ME!!!

I gave 1 star instead of 5 because I paid 80 dollars for pizza and couldn't get ranch with it unless I paid more. I ended up returning the pizza based off of, principle. If I spend that much on pizza, and can't get ranch, you don't deserve my business, cal me petty but that's like getting pancakes with no syrup. Round table pizza taste so good and it sucks they made that change. Went to get my pizza down the street where they offered complementary ranch because that's what customers wan't and I was happy.
