Went here Sunday. Service was extremely fast but that’s because they got the order completely wrong. Lol I could barely hear the cashier because he mumbled through the transaction and I’ve been to many shareteas in NorCal and the Natomas location when it was open but for some reason this locations tea doesn’t taste the same. I’m sure they don’t use the same milk but the fruit teas don’t have the pulp (ie mango green tea) that many other boba spots haven’t perfected either. Share tea is truly one of a kind so I was extremely disappointed.

Got order all wrong and never answer phoneUPDATE: went to order on DoorDash today for pick up and After 8 months since my last review their drinks are still prepared wrong. Order classic PEARL milk tea and GOT NO BOBA. the cashier was rude and told me that I was wrong and the boss changed it. He needs to know how to read first. The guy needs to be train correctly to working there. You guys will lose business and with many angry customers this way. Been going to you guys for the past year and I don’t want to be going to another place. Please train the worker there correctly.
