Overall, they have pretty good boba drinks here. My only complaint is the lack of consistency with the quality and taste of the drinks. On two separate occasions, I ordered the matcha red bean drink with ice cream and I added boba. The first time they forgot to add the boba. The second time they remembered the boba but the ice was not blended very well and it had ice cubes still in the drink. I'll still come back though because the drinks still tasted pretty good.
Sharetea is delicious and personally my favorite Taiwanese tea place in Sacramento. They have hardworking staff who seem to always be busy. Sometimes my drink doesn't come out the way I like but returns are offered to unsatisfied customers. They have recently implemented those wait time buzzers to better serve their customers.
Boba is always fresh and soft, very customizable drinks, great ambiance with a good selection of board games available. Service is very fast when they aren't busy, and reasonable when they are packed. This is my go-to place for boba after work, and after trying probably 6 or 7 different boba cafés in the Sacramento area, I still rate it as the best quality - mostly because of their sweet, tender boba.
