I recently tried Simply Thai, and honestly, I was left underwhelmed. Let me break it down:
⚠️ Portion Sizes: The portions were shockingly small. I ordered beef laab, yum woo sen, green curry, and boat noodles, and I was still hungry afterward.
▶️ Beef Laab :
• They don’t offer medium rare beef.
• The portion was palm-sized—just one small size.
▶️ Boat Noodles:
• No basil, cilantro, or green onions to enhance the dish.
• The broth was extremely bland.
• No chili oil available, and their fish sauce is pre-mixed with Thai chili, but it wasn’t spicy at all.
▶️ Yum Woo Sen: The flavor was bland, and the portion was tiny. It felt unbalanced since there was more lettuce than noodles.
▶️ Green Curry: Just okay—not the worst, but definitely not the best. It lacked depth and flavor.
▶️ Sticky Rice: This was the most surprising. The portion was barely a spoonful, which was shocking.
🔆 Overall: The place is clean and quiet, which is a plus. However, if you’re a spice lover or searching for authentic Thai flavors, this place will likely leave you disappointed.

What a fantastic Thai restaurant! The service was outstanding, with a staff that was not only attentive but genuinely passionate about the cuisine. The food was an explosion of authentic Thai flavors, leaving our taste buds dancing with joy. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner. I can't recommend this place enough.

Food is pricey based on the quantity. Local Panda Express gives more food for half the price. Taste is ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Staff are really friendly and there's always parking. Overall an ok experience.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the yellow curry, rice and Tom Yum soup. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The curry was extremely watery with no real flavor, which was disappointing given how much I typically enjoy this dish. The Tom Yum was flavorless as well with little meat. I got the shrimp and received exactly two shrimp. The staff didn’t improve the experience either, as they were unfriendly and unwelcoming. On a positive note, the rice was decent and tasted as expected. However, given the overall experience, I wouldn’t go back.

My husband and I enjoyed the food so much. It's like having a taste of Thailand without leaving the comfort of our city. The service is awesome. The quality of food is very authentic, outstanding for the price and great service. We ordered the seafood salad (unique flavor and dressin), pad thai, tom yam chicken and a veggie dish. Yummy! We will go back there soon.

Thai coffee tastes like robitussin cough syrup medicine, no A/C, good bathrooms
We were first to dine in as we got there at opening 11:30pm. Terrible Foods, trust me, don't waste your time or money. Drunken noodles looks and taste like reheated old dish from days before due to broken noodles and burnt as if it was refried, also can taste old oil. Green curry had canned beans and bamboo shoots and flavorless, also small in size, like kids size. Papaya salad was watered down with lemon juice, not authentic to Thai or Laos style. We also asked medium in spice, it came with Zero spice. Chicken skewers were okay. Chicken teriyaki was terrible due to burnt sauce drizzled over the chicken, causing it to taste bitter. Horrible overall.Zero Star . But 1 as it's required for post.
We have eaten here before, about 6 months ago and it was pretty good. Just ate there last night and have been on the toilet non stop. There was two of us eating there and both having the same issue, so has to be the food. It is too bad, the lady is really nice that was serving us, but we will not be back, ever! Some of their ingredients must be bad, but can't tell which one, so I just had to throw out all the leftovers. I would not recommend eating here, it is not worth the pain and suffering.

I have been to this restaurant before but the food was good and I have got Padthai from this restaurant today (1st oct) at 7.45 before they close - they made it sweet(?) and no green veggies and no egg as they show it in image not much chicken too. They suck and charged me 14$ something PFA for the image. Never going there again and doesn’t recommend at all.

Excellent, fresh food, and great customer service! My husband and I love a good, spicy Thai meal, and Simply Thai totally satisfied our taste buds! We both strongly recommend that you try their chicken wings! Awesome!

I am sorry but this place has gone downhill. The yellow curry was watery with no flavor at all and the fried rice was salty. The dinner portion is a joke more like a lunch and it was a takeaway. Never again.
