Giving food 3 stars since personally it's on the saltier side. 1 star for customer service as they seem to now have reservation system. I definitely advise against that because usually this is a pay at the counter to get a table seat. What ends up happening is lots people line up to find out later that it's reservation only which is truly inefficient. First come first serve, was fast and efficient, please bring that back.

Order 2 bowls for 2 person. My order came out wrong and I told them to remake it. Eventually my food never got back to me. Everyone at my table was half way done eating. People who came in and order afterwards got their food, I never got my food back. So I asked for a refund for my bowl. I wish I got a refund back from the tip too. With this experience, this just proves MY POINT as to why I personally DON'T like to tip ahead of time. I prefer to tip cash at the end. I got partial refund only.... It is what it is. Maybe I dined in at the wrong time. But on the plus side, food does come out fast. Broth is on the saltier side, just my opinion. (Tasted my husband bowl)

I ate at sit lo Saigon last night. It was open late. I ordered the Saigon pho. It was made out of soup and meat. It was pretty good soup. The best part of the meal was the pho. I had a good time eating the pho especially when it still had noodles and meat in it. The reason I am rating this restaurant is because at 1am I had really bad stomach ahce. I ran to the bathroom (which was really cold) and thought I was gonna barf throw up. Kyckily, I didn’t. I just had bad diar for about an hour which was very unpleastnt. I’d rate the restaurant higher because food was good by diarrhea of that magnitude was not fun for me.
Tasty food. Only serve pho and fried doughnuts. Food came out fast. You pay first and then eat.

I’d been meaning to try this place for a while—and finally made it out with a friend, a colleague, and another friend (yes, a full squad). I ordered the oxtail pho, and let me just say: wow. The broth was so good—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. This was honestly the first time I’ve had pho where I didn’t feel the need to load it up with sriracha or chili oil. I added just a tiny bit of hot sauce out of habit, but the broth was strong enough to stand on its own. That’s rare.
The oxtail was tender, the noodles were just right, and everything was served hot and fresh. Service was great—friendly and quick. The atmosphere was welcoming and had a good flow of people, but it wasn’t overwhelming or too loud. Just a good, chill spot to enjoy a great meal.
My friends also enjoyed what they ordered, and I definitely plan to come back and try more options—next time I might branch out and try a different style of pho.
If you’re a pho lover or just want to taste broth done right, this spot is highly recommended. Can’t believe I waited this long to try it!
