My wife had a very sour stomach and only got one bowl but they would not offer her something to put her bow on so she could eat her food later cuz she didn't feel well. Not very courteous

This Mongolian BBQ restaurant is very good. The food always fresh and tasty. The place is clean every time I come. Staff is so friendly and kind, they make me feel welcome.

Even this restaurant is far from my home, I drive long way because I like here very much. It is worth the trip. I always enjoy to eat here with my family.

I really recommend this place to everyone. Good food, clean place, and very nice people.

I do not recommend this place at all. My parents where there earlier today and my mom asked the cook if she could add a few carrots since they have reduced their size of their bowl. After some hesitation from the staff, they agreed, but not before tossing the bowl at her. How hard is it to hand it over with respect. If you are that hard up to allow someone to add a few carrots, then just say no. There is absolutely no space for such disrespect. I can see from other reviews that this appears to be a pattern. Do better!

Not worth it if it’s not all you can eat. I assumed it was, made a small plate thinking I’ll add more on my second go, and I was denied. I ended up paying $20 for a small plate. I would have never gotten it if I had known or I would have at least filled it up. Also, not to sound harsh or critical, but the greeter/cashier had very little English skills. No disrespect to her, but from a business standpoint it’s critical to have someone explain the pricing and answer questions as you are greeted. I asked if was all you can eat and I just got a blank stare and a nod. I also tried to explain my case, as I felt scammed paying so much for so little. They didn’t care at all, gave me a dirty look, and starting speaking their native language completely ignoring me.I wasn’t trying to load up a bunch more plates I just wanted a few more bites to get my moneys worth. No communication. Also not a fan of having some part of the day AYCE and some not?either do AYCE or don’t to avoid the confusion.

Roughly about $20 to create your own bowl
Ive been coming here since pre covid. The price has slightly gone up but what hasn't gone up in price .
It's quick service. The ingredients are always fresh. In case you don't know what sauces to put in your bowl..they have a sign to help you if you prefer mild or spicy food. This place is more flavorful then other monogolian bbq spots I've been too.

Love to eat and enjoy food with my family here. I will fast when I come so I can enjoy eating a little rice. 😆 It's gluten-free and low-carb friendly. I get the protein and veggies primarily. Just omit the steamed fried rice.

Very unprofessional service received. Ask for a bowel to separate raw meat from raw veggies. Spoken too as if a person was taking two bowels of food to go. Due to unprofessionalism, poor quality in service ,beglarent cooks to try to speak out about a woman giving a bowel to person ....will not get my money again
Lesson learned.

Food is always perfectly cooked and the servers are always prompt and friendly. Honestly, if the food doesn't come out right it's on you. There are suggestions posted for how to portion your oils/sauces if you're not sure and you choose your own ingredients. I always opt for all you can eat with my family and we usually do 2 bowls each. The vegetables and meat (according to family) are always fresh and visibly appetizing. However if you're a vegetarian/vegan/halal that is not able to have any sort of contact with various meats, this place is not gonna work out. 3 dishes are usually cooked at once on a large surface, they are all kept separate and the surface is cleaned between dishes but I wouldn't risk it if you have any allergies or serious dietary restrictions.
