The food was gross...they didnt grill chicken on the menu...its the same Corporate Smash Burger...it must be privately owned, cause when I been going there for 10 years somehow they changed owners and not carrying the same menu....the old Corporate Smash Burger tasted like smash burger now, its taste like "grease" the tator tots, was fried in grease and it also tasted like grease. When you pop a tator tots in your mouth the "grease" splatter all over your mouth...like your drinking grease. It was awful. Then they dont have fresh grilled chicken its tasted like chicken but its NOT grilled chicken its artificial chicken. THERE IS THE OLD SAYING GOES. WHEN SMASHBURGER WAS SMASHBURGER YOU NEED TO KEEP IT SMASHBURGER...IF ITS NOtT BROKEN THEN YOU DONT FIX IT....PEOPLE MAKE CHANGED TEND TO GO BANKFRUPT OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS.WHEN THEY CHANGE THINGS...The food was gross...i would have to go to Red Robin to get a Turkey Burger and The Habit to get a "fresh" chicken grill sandwich. I always get my usual when i come here but this time i tried the BBQ bacon smash and it was delicious! Loved it!!! And the staff were nice and helpful. Restrooms clean and smell good

Yee was great. Welcomed me as soon as I came in and informed me of their special as I was ordering. He was very attentive when delivering my order and came by later to take away my trash. Thanks Yee for the nice lunch.
The truth is that I speak little English and I told him in my translator that I wanted a hamburger and what I understood was that he was sending orders and he did not attend to me To which I told him, well, I'm still here for a DoorDash order? And the truth is, I was waiting and he didn't answer me.
