The baristas are kind and gentle, making customers feel truly welcome. One customer visited to try the new Oleato latte, which is made with oat milk and olive oil, but did not like it. However, the barista made a different latte with white chocolate and cinnamon, which was an excellent selection. The high cost of the drinks can be a drawback, but the personable treatment and appreciation of customers keeps them coming back.
