I did a mobile order for Alayna on Saturday 08/31 around 2:20. My order was supposed to be ready by 2:29 and wasn’t ready until 2:50. I watched everybody go up and order and get their orders in literally one minute. I work in customer service so I know what it’s like to deal with rude customers. I walked up there and asked for my order nicely. The boy who was working literally was just wiping down his station as my drink was right in front of him with no lid. The other girl had french braids with brown medium length hair and told me that pick-ups are on the other side? I saw everybody coming in grabbing their mobile orders from the same spot so that was just a lie ? The boy was taller with black hair, he gave me my drinks and when I asked for another straw and said thank you he didn’t even say anything. As I was walking out they muttered something and started laughing. Like I said, I work in customer service and know what it’s like. These were just bad employees, will not be coming back and will be telling everyone I know not to go here. I hope something’s done about this, there’s no reason to treat a customer like this especially when I did nothing wrong. You have no idea the day somebody could be having.

My husband’s mobile order was taken 10 minutes prior to him arriving with more than enough time than the estimated wait time it gave on the app. He arrives & people who ordered at the counter after he came in got their drinks before he did. After waiting 10 minutes for a drink that should’ve been ready by the time he arrived a girl told him “we’re working on it right now” & he continued to wait another 5 minutes. He doesn’t drink anything fancy to have to wait all that time. He said this was a 2nd time he’s waited a long time for his order & has seen busier stores more organized. He cancelled his order which I had to go to the store for my refund (he was on his way out of town on a time crunch) & instead of anybody, which they knew I was coming in for a refund, acknowledging the inconvenience I was quietly, with lack of empathy, given my refund.

I visit this location once a week to meet with clients, this place is always clean and service
is exceptional ?. The baristas are always friendly and helpful, by far this is the best Starbucks I have visited in the last 6 months.

This is the best starbucks i have ever been to. The only thing that would make it better is if they would look over one of the 13 applications i, Jorden Johnson, have sent in over the past 2 years and consider hiring me! If they ever were to look over my resume or applications, they would see that this would be my first job and would be an excellent opportunity for me to gain job experience in a field that i am passionate about. Not only that, but they would also notice that i live very close to this location and because of that i would be a very reliable employee. If they were to do all of that and give me an in person interview, they also would see that i am a very dedicated and hard working young woman. If that ever were to happen, id give this store 6 stars out of 5!

I loved this Starbucks since I have been in this neighborhood for over 30 years. Always been a 5 star for me. Lately though the last couple of mobile orders I place were not to par. One incident was when I go to pick up my order, my order has not been made and I arrived there 5-8 minutes past the time it was supposedly ready. I let it go since they were really busy. Again, the last time, 9/22/23 at 3 pm, I ordered my usual mango dragonfruit refresher , it was not reafy again so I waited again. Once I got my orders, they were so watered down that it tasted like colored water. I knew it because when my daughter brought the 2 drinks to the car, drinks looked a pale pink in color. I still love this Starbucks but please, hire more people or more training might help. It has really been so busy in this location lately.

Wonderful staff! They are friendly and always greet me like a regular. Even when I haven't been in the store for a while. Mobile orders are very efficient too.

Parking: Large parking lot with many options.

I think that they were training when I was there. There were lots of employees but only two were actually helping customers. It was slow going which isn't usually the norm there.

Use to be able to make the drink id get came in today and twice they made my drink and it sucked!! First one taste like a bad shot and other one to much vanilla could barley swollow the nasty taste in my mouth. Waste of my morning time and late for my appointment , thanks for nothing . Ended up asking for refund I had no more time to wait for them to try to make my drink right again. Refunded me and gave $4 off card next time, definitely won’t spend that at this store.No coffee, very disappointing. Left empty handed
