I have never been treated in such a rude way, at any Starbucks before!! The young lady who took my order, seemed to be in a bad mood or something. She didn't ask me if I needed a receipt , when my drink came she just put it off to the side and didn't call my name. I asked for a receipt when she gave it to me she was still very rude. I gave her the opportunity to correct her attitude she basically refused. That is lousy customer service! those of us who spend hard earned money at your coffee shops should be treated better than that.

Good custumer service. Some drinks absolutely suck but the staff is really nice and will remake if you try a new drink and it's gross lol

I ordered a single black coffee via drive thru. I had a bad cold and could not speak loudly. The barista asked me to repeat myself several times - which is fine. But, when I arrived at the window, he spoke to me like I was mentally slow and seemed frustrated with me. He was a caucasian male with rainbow hair. I had just moved to the area and this was my go-to place for coffee. I will not come back here now, I will find a new place for my daily coffee fix.

This is the best Starbucks. The people are so nice and efficient. They are so welcoming. Today, this young man went around giving samples, and he even said our names as he went to each table. Even when I have guests visiting, they comment on how wonderful the staff is at this location. I've been coming here often after retiring to do some writing. It's a pleasant environment. Before I know it, it's been a couple hours and a refill or so, and the baristas are just as pleasant as they had been when I first walked in. They make my retirement feel the way it should be: well-spent and well-deserved.

I would give zero stars if I could. I visited this location on July 6th, at 3pm. When I got to the window the lady who took my order was rude and had an attitude to begin with. When I received my matcha it tasted like straight water, it was disgusting and an absolute waste of money. I will never be coming back to this location and will be telling everyone I know not to come here. Someone should be fired, horrible service and obviously not caring about their customers. I should’ve went back and made them re-make my drink. Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. I hope the manager sees this and makes whoever was working held accountable.
