I come here regularly and Aldolfo is always so sweet. Other people here as well will remember you and your order and greet you by name at the drive-thru. They are quick and efficient and I love it here!

i had accidentally chosen the wrong straw that are for purchase and i was shocked and genuinely didn’t mean to do that i said sorry and then as i wait for another drink she starts speaking about what i had did to this other male worker, and mimicking me on how i did that. she has done this multiple times same brown haired with glasses woman , she has spoken about us multiple times and went as far as writing down my description because she assumed we were stealing !

Great people who as always say hi or welcome to all who come in. The atmosphere outside needs help. Often there is trash in the bushes and parking lot. I will see the same trash remain in place for weeks at a time. Three of my daily menu items have been taken off the menu permanently - the yogurt parfait, the oatmeal, and the miniature scones. Love the coffee, though! I am a daily customer.

NO FREE WATER WHATSOEVER. One star. Even if you have your own tiny water bottle! 😏 The lady who helped me today was kind of rude. I'm on my bike and I just wanted a small cup of water. Nope. Definitely not very customer focused. Next time, when I have my wallet on me, I'll be sure to take my business to a different location.

I am a regular customer i ordered ice coffee and ask to put the coffee first and 2% milk with 10 pumps of classic. The girl who helps me act like it’s was too much to ask. She turn her head and look at the coworker and roll her eyes. If she doesn’t want to work she need to stay home or say something to me.

Staff is great but I can no longer recommend Starbucks to anyone. $4.25 for a two shot Americano? Now you get $0. If you can't offer goods at reasonable prices, your business model is not viable.
