They charge extra for everything, only reason I go to this starbucks is because of staff member Tammy knows how I like my drink made and she never disappoints me. I try not to go on her off days. If she's wasn't there I would give this place a 1 star a cross the board.

The staff is really nice and really fast. In fact I asked for a cup of water with my order and she said of course no worries. It’s clean, there is plenty of space. I have been there in the afternoon, after school and there is lot of teenagers, but you can take it go. It’s still a pretty good place to go.

Was so surprised to have our food and drinks in actual plates and cups. Loved it.
I love the new philosophy and business model! I enjoyed a Pistachio Cold Brew in a large glass and a slice of Lemon Loaf in a real plate. All if the employees were cheerful and sincere. This was how Starbucks used to be a long time ago. A really good experience!

I don’t know what it is, but this locations customer service is horrible. They don’t offer you straws, Stoppers Or Anything. They give you your drinks or they will have it ready for pick up but then You have to stand there like a retard, waiting for someone to be near the pick up counter to say something Or you have to go all the way to the register. Once you ask them for something they look annoyed, they have a little kid attitude. It’s usually all those young girls. This location needs a re training. There is more issues to be addressed but it would be better if the GM or Manager of this location should do it them selves.
