I usually have good customer service from Starbucks elsewhere BUT this one was very FLAT. Anyhow that didn’t matter but when we got our order of drinks and asked for “Light Ice”, Goodness me, more than half cup was of ICE. I was looking forward to my “starbucks drink for the week”, and it was a bummer. We ended up tossing less than half drink cause that was the amount in it. And had to go to “Nekter” Instead..

Went in for a coffee after a rough morning and this blonde haired girl gave me a grande in a venti with a condescending attitude. $8 for a cup 2/3 full is such a waste, I didn't even have a sip and this is how I received my coffee from her. Extremely disappointed, I don't want her making my drinks again.

I'm mostly just venting here so you can read, but it's probably just a waste of your time. It's a Starbucks, you get great drinks and / or decent food, but sometimes the mishear part of an order when your sister was so sure that she knew what your order was until she is actually telling the baresta. Like it wasn't really there falt my sister was second-guessing herself and saying two very similar drinks. I didn't care which of said similar drinks I got and the drink was actually really good like better than normal but it was technically the wrong drink and I was in a bit of a rush so I didn't say anything I know they would have done something if I did. I'm just a bit frustrated, I was expecting the other drink, and I got the one that I got.

I've been coming here about 3 weeks. The majority of the staff is great. However, there is one barista who is very nasty. I'm not sure why. Other than that a good spot for conversation and coffee.

Very poor and even sometime insulting attitude by one of the male crews (the bearded Indian origin guy with long hair) . I feel he is either an ignorant owner of this branch or deliberately destroys the reputation of this branch. This review will be edited after the frustration is resolved

The middle aged man with the beard and curly hair (the indian) working the cashier gave me terrible service. First off, he didn’t give me my points after I asked then proceeded to give me a rude attitude which I did not appreciate. I truly am a huge starbucks fan but service like this discourages me to come back. I hope to not deal with someone like this again. This isn’t the first time and I have never experienced this at any other starbucks. Hope to see changes soon.
