They always make me wait for just plain coffee for more than 10 min while people are coming in and out with crafted beverages and leave . If I say this is almost everytime I order from this store ! Also almost always the same girl taking my order .and when i asked for my coffee after 10 min of waiting she made it within less than a min and told me i think someone grabbed your drinks by accident. I politely told her no I don’t think so ! It’s not a big deal really it’s coffee who cares it’s just the audacity of her chitchatting , that’s all she did and coming with a lame excuse instead of saying I apologize I forget or something !

Hands down one of my favorite places get my coffee in the morning. Everyone is so amazingly helpful and kind. Always making sure to get my order correct and leave me with this smile. I love my girls,

I asked for the brown sugar strato Frappuccino. It says it on the sticker that it’s the brown sugar strato. But when I drove away I noticed it had caramel it was the wrong drink but correct sticker on the drink what a scam. I won’t return to this location and the girl with the multi color hair doesn’t have good customer service. Just shows me I need to start making coffee at home and save my money.
Apparently it is not in their policy to provide water without a purchase, yet the Starbucks less than 250 feet away in Safeway does.
Not that big of a deal for me, but imagine being homeless, pregnant, or disabled and refused water in the middle of July. Very cruel.

I would appreciate a marked quiet section for people trying to work on homework. Maybe things have changed, the last time, I came and tried to work on homework here, was October 2018 around 3 pm to 4 pm, and people were having rowdy conversations. The conversation was very inappropriate and about how long a guy should last in bed. The conversation performers claimed to have a YouTube Channel.

I came in for my usual non-dairy chocolate cream cold brew. They were out of the typical chocolate malt they used to make it, but it wasn't a problem as the super friendly and warm barista, Emma, was there to save the day. She was so kind and helpful. She hadn't tasted the substitute version herself yet so she decided to taste it with me so she could honestly recommend it again to other customers they are looking for the same drink. This is customer service was above and beyond. Bravo and cheers to you, Emma! You helped me remember why I loved coming into Starbucks before the mobile order app became a thing. Thank you so much!

This afternoon my son visited this place and forgot his school wattle bottle on the table. I arrived to pick it up at 6:31pm, not knowing they closed at 6:30pm. Two employees were cleaning and the door was already closed. I knocked to try to tell them I was there just to pick up the water bottle, but she saw me and ignored me. I called and she answered the phone, I explained that I just needed her to give me the water bottle since my son would need it for school early tomorrow, but she answered that there was no way she could let me in. I asked her if she could come to the door to just give it to me, she said that according to the policy she couldn't do that. Then a worker opened the door to bring in some boxes, and I asked her once again if she could just give me the water bottle, she responded very rudely, raising her voice, “I already told you NO!” I asked for her name and she said practically yelling into the phone, EMMA!!!
I am very disappointed by the attitude of this employee, it was not a big deal to take one minute to just give me the water bottle. She spent more time on the phone being rude and telling me NO! I have been a frequent customer of this place, but from now on I will not return.
