I came in for my usual non-dairy chocolate cream cold brew. They were out of the typical chocolate malt they used to make it, but it wasn't a problem as the super friendly and warm barista, Emma, was there to save the day. She was so kind and helpful. She hadn't tasted the substitute version herself yet so she decided to taste it with me so she could honestly recommend it again to other customers they are looking for the same drink. Kindly remind: This Starbucks doesn't need greetings and smiles because the servers don't either, and they won't respond to you even though you do. Both don't have a good day it would be relatively fair. Then our customers won't be embarrassed?.
A less hectic starbucks than the ones on Elk Grove Blvd near costco and the auto mall. This one is on the corner of whitelock and bruceville next to Peony Palace. Staff is helpful, serves drinks and food quickly, and interior is very clean. Plenty of seating for customers.
