For the past two weeks straight the barista named Adrian balaj he never greets me whatsoever no good morning or your welcome when I’m being kind and saying thank you and good morning, I’m a former employee that worked with him in the past year . He will no longer be getting my service or coins he also caused a disturbance in the break room when I was talking with one of the front end managers & he came in with fighting words and accusing me of stealing. This person need to be fired immediately and he calls hisself the man of god . GOD DON’T LIKE UGLY then lies to the store Director about me when I never done anything to him , then next day have me ban for no reason whatsoever, it’s a discrimination on his part and the management part also.

This location always makes my drink the way it's supposed to be!!! The venti brown sugar shaken espresso especially! No where else makes it like this . The staff is always warm and welcoming and very, very consistent. Never disappointed!!

This store had some nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, the employees go out their way for the customers and the overall experience was great.
Extremely rude, haughty, and unhelpful batista that works in the early morning(6:30ish) on Sunday March 10th, made me never want to use that Starbucks again. Not acknowledging me for a while then says"Wassup?"and rolling guys eyes especially when I had a question and not giving a verbal answer almost. We can go to Dutch Bros, way friendlier employees and better coffee mostly, or better yet buy coffee and make it ?. Not the first employee at Starbucks to be rude but this was extremely bad, and I just quit ordering and left. That's never happened to me EVER. It made me actually mad.

They were the first Pharmacy is our area to open Covid boosters to people 18 and over, per the CDPH updated guidelines. I am grateful I was able to make an appointment and get my booster earlier today.

The young white guy that is normally there makes the best drinks,even better then the regular Starbucks stores. I prefer coming here for my drinks hands down.

Busy location but fast service

I would NOT recommend this store. 3 times I have placed online orders. The first time, they gave me the wrong order. The second time, they did not deliver my order. The 3rd time, again they did not deliver my order. They say they are behind in their online orders BUT they dont communicate this or even try to reach out to the customer. When I called the store, I asked to speak with the store manager but the customer service person put me back into their automated phone service and basically I had to start all over in the phone queue. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service!! Communication on your part (Safeway) would have prevented me from putting my negative experience out there for EVERYONE to read
