They take forever. Don't go here if you're on a timeframe. The workers talk & looks like 1 person making drinks.

I got a Frappuccino and it tasted so watered down. The whip cream had more flavor. I could barely make out a flavor and barely could taste sugar. Just wasn’t good. Too much ice base. ice clumps were clogging my straw.

We live right next to this Starbucks and unfortunately each time we come in the coffee just doesn’t taste right. Today was the worst. Asked them to remake the drink and it must have been something having to do with the cleanliness of the machine cause it just was awful.

Hoping this is an easy fix.

Kara Hernandez needs to be evaluated by higher management and get the necessary training. Every day I come into starbucks, Monday through Saturday and order the same drink. Every single day. Today, I came in to see that my Venti cup was filled to not even a size small size. When I asked why this was she rudely stated “this is our policy” when you get no ice. What’s even worse is I get this same drink and order everyday for years? It wasn’t a policy yesterday, or any day prior? After contacting corporate they stated this is NOT a policy and simply just a lie. I then told her to fill the cup all the way up and I would pay whatever I needed for her to add extra milk. As i’m standing in line to pay, she blends the drink then fills it up again half way??? At this point it has been 20 minutes and once again I ask to fill it all the way up as I am paying additional for something that should already be this way. For the 3rd time she once again only filled the venti cup half way. No employee should feel entitled to make their own rules, just to back up their wrongs. If the cup isn’t filled? Simply just apologize and fill it up? There was no need to lie and say it’s a rule, then tell me to pay for it to be filled up to the size that i have already paid for? I hope management conducts a investigation as this was wrong on so many levels.
