Closing really soon in summer sunset is at 8:40 pm at least leave it open till sunset
For years I have had to ask for napkins. Today I had to ask twice for a straw. It didn't occur to me that I would need to ask for a spoon for oatmeal. I was in my car at the drive through. I would think that the prices could lend better service on these things. I am done. This was the last straw. I will find my treat elsewhere.

All I did was ask for less ice and less cold foam and somehow ended up with less coffee.

Friendly staff. Must go early to get the Pastries & food products that you really want.
What can one day, it was a Starbucks breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon, not gourmet, but more like a microwavable breakfast sandwich. Not bad for when you're out and about and no time for a sitdown restaurant break

Horrible ! My eight year old granddaughter and I visited the Starbucks near the Kentucky Fried Chicken Longport Court. We overlooked the gnats that were dead in the glass container and the fact that the store was dirty, we figured maybe they had just had a rush. But even though the place was empty with only a few customers, the staff were distracted and rude. My little granddaughter was so excited to spend a special day with me, doing art and having hot cocoa on a cold day. I ordered hot cocoa and egg whites with cheese and chives. The food was greasy and cold only pulled of an edible corner ordered a hot cocoa with soy milk and whipped cream. It was cold not whipped cream.
When our order was called, we walked to the counter and accidentally touched someone else’s order, thinking it was ours. We didn’t touch the food just the bag for a brief moment. The other customer, who was very polite, walked up and asked, “Oh, is that my item?” I immediately handed it to her and apologized. She was kind and said it was no problem. However, the staff suddenly intervened and tried to grab the bag from the customer’s hands, saying, “We made it; we’ll remake it.” This unnecessary overreaction humiliated my granddaughter, who felt singled out and embarrassed. The staff scolded her publicly, using her name several times in a shaming manner, as if she had done something wrong. Fortunately, the other customer stepped in, calling the staff’s reaction ridiculous and reassuring my granddaughter that it wasn’t a big deal. She even knelt down and kindly explained to her that everyone makes mistakes, which helped soothe her feelings.
Sadly, the staff’s behavior didn’t improve. When our order was finally ready, they didn’t call my name or place it with the other pickup orders. Instead, they slammed it down by the cash register, looked at us, and hollered, “Here’s your stuff.” By then, my granddaughter just wanted to leave. The entire experience was deeply disappointing. I respect the need for sanitary environment and giving someone orders that are those that are not being touched but this was a situation that could have handled very differently. We rarely get to enjoy treats like Starbucks, and this visit was meant to be a special moment, made possible by a gift card. The only bright spot was the kindness and understanding shown by the other customer. Unfortunately, because of how the staff treated us, we won’t be returning.

My coffee was not so fresh and hot. The sugar, stirrer etc were hidden and i don't have access. I looked for it everywhere and the finally asked for it. Why would they won't let it pour themselves. The clerk attitude was very poor. I usually get coffee from clerk and add sugar or cinnamon or milk as needed. I was like it can not starbuck's standard service.

So this lovely one on laguna had a amazing young lady working with a amazingly sweet attitude it's just extremely sad that her "co-barista" was so extremely busy that she burnt the shots of espresso so bad they tasted like charcoal but surprisingly there was not a single order or person in front of us or in the drive thru which would generally cause her to rush thru the drinks to the people but there was nobody so she was just in a hurry for no reason and was screwing up drinks just cause she felt the need to..this by far was the worse venti' hazelnut latte' (which mind you is like the easiest drink they serve anybody can make it) I've ever got in my life..I usually don't say anything and just ask for more hazelnut and fix the drink myself cause there busy and I don't want to be a bother, but since there was not a single other person in there and she copped a huge attitude like I shot her pet when I asked for her extra 2 pumps of hazelnut...Next. time if there ever is a next time I'll make damn sure she never makes my drink again.im usually a happy lucky go person and take into account how busy they are but she wasn't and doesn't deserve a single star cause it was by far horrific!!!!get it together laguna!!! The only reason they get one start is because of the sweetheart who rang me up. Otherwise, it'd be zero...
