They are not personable at all. This new ownership really cheats you out of everything. They under portion everything compared to other subways. A kid fell off the bench there yesterday and the table fell on her and the two male employees just looked from afar like it was not their problem. This is you're establishment take care of your customer. I gave this location many chances always to be disappointed.

I have to be honest here, but this most recent experience has turned me away! I had to ask a few different people their thoughts to make sure I wasn’t tripping— a few days ago there was a woman who made my sandwich and forgot to charge me for extra cheese, cool an honest mistake right. When I returned another day the manager joked about it and actually charged me twice for it on that order— yup twice. It’s not about the small amount of money; it’s about the principle and professionalism— this left a bad taste for me, this location has lost a returning paying customer reaching for a $1.39 charge a day later.

Above and beyond customer service. I was so impressed by the owners sandy and the experience they gave us from the moment I walked in the door. From the taste of my sandwich, they obviously use local produce and high-quality ingredients because this was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back again.

My daughter used to come in and get her usual from a really nice gentleman. He was so nice. The last two times she has been helped by a very rude woman. She is mean and rude, never makes her sandwich right, acts like she hates her job, and over charges her everytime for the cheese sauce. Please get better people working there.

Very good service. The staff is very friendly. I am very impressed with the cleaning and their service everything fresh like Veggis meats and cookies . I like that subway every tym I visit there . The owners are so polite with customers .

Had a great experience! Baldeep, Sandy, and the entire staff provided excellent service 👍 Every time I've been in, they've been super kind, thorough, and patient. They make my sandwiches exactly how I want them, neatly and quickly, and are always so attentive. They understand the menu really well and were patient when explaining it to me. Highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back! Thank you, Baldeep, Sandy, and all the sandwich artists!

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff provided quick and friendly service, and the cleanliness of the space was impressive. From the dining area to the food preparation counters, everything was well-maintained and spotless, making my visit comfortable and enjoyable. Great job to the team for their excellent service and attention to detail
Bread so tough.. crunchy . Feel like they skipped out on half the steak my sandwich is supposed to get. New ownership would be my guess to why it's gone downhill overnight.

I’d give only 1 star if it wasn’t for the nice employee busting her butt trying to keep up during dinner time tonight. She was the only employee in sight taking care of a never ending line, phone orders and the register. Had to wait about 40 minutes to order my sandwich. The employee was friendly which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Everytime I go in to this location there’s a long wait due to only having one employee working. In addition, Bread is never super fresh at this location which makes or breaks a sandwich. Owners or management need to hire help during peak hours for these overworked employees and not use day old bread. Prices have increased therefore so should the service and quality.

Brandon has bad attitude. Makes you wait for no reason and not sure if he’s on sth but wants to make the sandwich his way. He doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Never going back to this location

Probably one of the worst Subways I’ve ever been to. The worker did not care about service. She made me wait 20+ mins to order first and kept on making DoorDash orders. When it was my turn I was told by her that I’m holding up the line and I should see that she’s the only one working and not order multiple sandwiches. She was touching stuff in the garbage and kept touching the food with the same gloves. Burnt all of our sandwiches. Would never waste my time going here again. WORST SUBWAY

My family has come to this subway all the time. The customer service has gone down tremendously. I ordered a foot long Monster, #3, but a sweet lady somehow thought I order, the Boss #6. I knew that she made a mistake as soon as she put meatball in because the #3 should come with steak. I stopped her and corrected her hoping that she wouldn’t be wasting any more food. Then, suddenly another server, a young black guy, jumped in and insisted that I ordered #6. He tried to tell me what I said; it’s so ridiculous when he was not even there when i made the order. I was so angry but held back because of my 6-year old daughter was present. I left that poor lady a tip, but we will not come to this place again. If this location has any future, that rude black guy should be fired.
